There are cheaper places in town to get gas, but they are either old and beat up, obscure and coop owned, or crazy mobbed (talking about your Kroger's gas station). I'm sure it's not an accident that Family Express is cleaner and kept up better because they are the first and last gas station tourists see in and out of town, so despite being on a busy corner, it's pretty easy to get in and out of the gas station and there's plenty of room to turn around, if need be. It's also great if you are towing a large boat, two jet skis or are driving an RV. No other place in town offers as much room.

So she either didn't pay enough attention to actually listen to my question, or decided to lie to me. Imagine if I paid extra. What would I have been paying for? Indicator LIGHTS (red/green) above and "vacant/occupied" indicators on the doors. There is no peeking or knocking to see if something is open. Not the case at Wally's. Gas situation is similar to Buc-ee's. Easy in & out & fair prices. Wally's gets the extra star here by providing washer wiper squeegees to scrub off the dead bugs from the road trip. Overall, not super impressed & definitely disgusted by the restroom situation. Would probably go to a different exit for a better road trip stop experience next time. When they went through they were over $30. I had to report fraud charges and cancel my card. When talking to my credit card company they think a person who works there saved my numbers and tried to see if I would notice the small amounts. If I didn't, later they would make a large purchase. Don't ever go here unless you're using cash.
