A simple purchase less than $10.. and "something is wrong with the machine..."... she tells my to try the card again... I get a alert from my bank as I do with all my charges.. for fraud protection.. but i get an alert from my bank that there are two charges... so I go back in the store to let them know my card was charged twice. This is where Katie "now the manager" and a fellow "employee" now try to convince me that the charge is pending and "usually falls off" as if they do this on a regular... I have my wife on the phone with me who looks it up & says they are not a pending, they are actual charges... Katie "the manager" still trying to convince & I say "yes pending does fall off.. but these have POSTED... so Katie "now the manager" then gets HIGHLY frustrated that I have caught her SCHEME and just GIVES me my money back... now IF it was pending ... why would she give me back my money so fast??? The line was a bit slow, but it was a very active day and it's super close to the theme park so I think things like that can be expected.
