The gas station attendant was very friendly and made sure we were ok. He made sure that we were pleased with his service. The staff inside the convenience store was accommodating and directed us to the public restroom upon entering the shop after noticing that our group was in need of using the restroom. The restroom were clean and well stocked. Cashier was friendly and she even ask us of the restroom was up to standard to our liking! Store was clean and organized and stock well with the necessities of a convenience store. Overall, a decent gas station/truck stop/convenience store along the highway. This store is disgusting. I was there today, it was dirty as always, but today there was a long…read more haired dog in the store. That the employees were PETTING. I complained to the "manager" Richard, and he dismissed my concerns and when the patron behind me called me Karen, the manager laughed. Who lets a mangy dog in a food store. It was sniffing bags. It sniffed me. It's so unsanitary. It was not a service dog. The poor thing was literally being pulled around the store with a pink rope.

There's shift managers that care and then there's shift managers that talk on the phone all day. Except for the fuel if there was a roach couch across the street I'd go there.

The…read moreleadership are all foreign which isn't the problem; the problem is on some of the foreigners who display a clear disregard or disinterest in having any eagerness to provide customer service standards (which can lack just as easily with non-foreigners, however this place only hires Indian decent natives.) The gasoline they sell is not top-tier but it is also higher priced then gas stations nearest them. Granted they are located in the countryside and for locals it is convenience that brings them to where they are situated. Perhaps they feel like it's easier to sell fuel at a higher price point even though the gas they sell is nothing I'd put in my car let alone my lawn mower. A little older then recently this place had accusations regarding the pumps output in gallons not matching the gallons listed and amount pumped into someone's vehicle. Lastly, the way the business is situated make for an extremely inconvenient situation during busy times as the parking lot and filling station area blend into one narrow strip that's difficult to pull in and out of to get a spot for gas or to just run into the store. You can visibly watch this as you are in line waiting at the traffic light next to the gas station. I have watched more people drive over the curb because of this then I can count.

The Sheetz was clean and shelves stocked. The bathrooms were clean and in order. The drinks machines were operating correctly. I got a Nitro Vanilla Iced Coffee, which was really smooth and sweet. My husband got a hot dark roast coffee for the drive back. After going inside, we pulled up to the pumps and filled up the tank. We did notice that some of the pump stations were tied off because they were broken. So 3 stars for the available fuel pumps and not sure about their food made-to-order.

Very disappointing considering I've read good things about this place Maybe the stores are subjective to location From this wrap. I will not be back here. It is a very clean place and has seating inside and outside. Bathroom was clean as well.
