I decided to run in and go to the bathroom before coming back out to fuel. An older female woman started yelling at me like I was committing the crime of the century and I had no idea what was going on. She started aggressively yelling at me that I couldn't park there unless I was going to pump gas. I assured her I was going to get gas and that I had been on the road for 3 hours and I simply needed to urgently relieve myself. She started to escalate her tone, yelling at me more and more and getting more aggressive. I didn't understand the issue and she kept telling me I had to move unless I was pumping gas. I returned to my car and tried to initiate pumping gas, and after two to three attempts she came over and tried to rip my credit card out of my hand. I pulled the card back not knowing what in the world she was doing, and I said to her, "You are not touching my card." She then got even more angry and slammed my gas cover door shut on my car and pounded on my car. In shock, I said, "You pounded on my car!?" Then she threatened to alert the police Finally, after all this, she informed me in New Jersey you can't pump gas yourself. I remarked, "Perhaps you should check the license plate of the car before acting like a lunatic." I went in and complained to the manager.

Arrived with my girl friend to take a cargo van rented from a week ago. The cargo van we rented was…read moretaken by someone. There were two other cargo vans on the lot but did not have keys in them. There are no attendants working at this location, just a gas pump worker who was friendly but not employed by U Haul and thus not able to give us keys for either vehicle. She was given a number we could call "24/7" to reach the attendant but after leaving one voice mail and a total of four missed calls we called the corporate number. When we called Uhaul and they said the closest available vehicle is in Plainsfield and is a ten foot truck. This has made a stressful day of moving much more stressful because we now have to drive 30 minutes to Plainsfield for a large truck we are not comfortable driving and then driving 50 minutes to get to the storage unit.

I don't know why this company has so many negative reviews. I just had my windshield replaced by…read morethem and the whole experience, soup to nuts, was excellent! I called around to check prices with a few local shops, by the quotes were all a bit high. I checked Yelp reviews and I was going to skip over Safelite, but I figured at least I could get a quote. The quote was at least $100 less than the next lowest price. On top of that, I found coupons online for $80 off, which worked. The company does charge an extra $40 recycling fee for the old glass and tax. I went all the way and booked an appointment for a few days out. I received text and email confirmations. The tech called to let me know when he was on the way to my location. He arrived within the appointment time and he performed all of the work to replace a cracked windshield within about an hour and a half, which included rust touchup. The windshield came with a new rubber boarder, which I am grateful, since the old one was worn and frayed. Chris, the tech, was polite, knowledgeable, and skilled. He did everything right! Cleaned up, tightened up everything, checked his work, and cleaned up everything! The service was performed at my location, not in the shop. There are very few companies that go through the great level of service as this fella did. My windshield is shiny and new. I am very pleased! They guarantee everything.
