I left Houston Tx the morning before stopping here. in 1200 miles I have stopped at a lot of Pilots. this is the only one where I couldn't even get a cup of coffee because they don't have enough brain cells to order cream when they should and BOTH machines were out. there were 3 employees in the store and only one was actually working. the manager was out for a min and then disappeared. absolutely no customer service at all. I'm a regular at this place. It's where we switch trailers out on a regular run between Jacksonville Florida, and Columbia South Carolina. It's a mixed bag here. Some of the employees are friendly; some area. Sometimes the bathroom is acceptable; sometimes it's not. This past Saturday the bathroom was filthy; garbage overflowing and no toilet paper! In every stall. I couldn't believe it. Totally unacceptable. Oh yeah, it stank extremely badly too. Kind of like passing a ranch in southern Texas during the summer. One thing I can say positive about this place is that the subway is always good, with good service. read more

I typically will search out a Pilot when traveling.. found this one on Yelp without reading any reviews..it was a pilot ,what could go wrong??? Well..I was wrong...I have never been in a more disgusting store. The countertops were filthy, dried crusty coffee creamer on the dispenser, bathrooms were covered with paper on the floor, fecal matter all over the commodes. I brought it to the managers attention,he told me his person was on break???? Wrong answer.. I know 100% the owners of pilot did not have this in mind for their chain. Bought fuel today for my diesel truck twice today and it was the most expensive so far. In my view your store 01/06/18 PILOT_04576 was practicing deceptive business practices. The price on the sign clearly say $2.89/gallon. The pump says a different price my wife had to go inside and pay for the fuel in advance and was asked how much she wanted so we guessed 15 gallons. As I was pumping the fuel it pump stopped at about 14+ gallons not what my wife bought or asked for. I really don't like the cash s credit card game they played with us. I am a very unhappy customer. read more

Conveniently located right off I-95. Inside is well lit, organized, and clean. The restroom was spotless, not the typical gas station restroom. There's a Dunkin' Donut and Subway located inside so it makes it a one stop shop for the caffeine and sandwich lovers. read more

The gas pumps were not maintained correctly,very poorly designed madhouse. Dairy Queen was filthy and employees were very rude and rolled their eyes. no one was at the register for 10 minutes and no one came to check to see if they had customers. Dairy Queen was out of everything, poor parking, and very congested. don't recommend coming here for anything. Several better places right next door. read more

Old renovated Stuckey's I think. The travel center itself was typical (good variety friendly staff), but our visit to the DQ there brought my 4-star rating to 2-stars. The counter was filthy with grime, food, garbage (wrappers); the clerk (number 221) wasn't friendly at all she just spoke the scripts and talked over us to chat with her female friend/coworker. I'm not familiar with the menu and she was not helpful at all with my order. She let us walk away without all of our items, she took our order as we asked (dine in) but was too lazy to place the food on trays and put it all in one little bag. I don't know her backstory but I'm expect good service. The food was "meh" (chili cheese dog). To be fair, this is my first visit eating food. The last time I visited DQ I ate a hot fudge brownie sundae at least 30 years ago. read more

Poorly educated on the spread of Corona Virus. There seems to be a cocky attitude toward customers that rather not have their purchases handled by the cashier. Four day in a row by four separate cashiers I was rudely advised that my request for my items to be scanned while I hold them in "my" hands was useless because everything in the store has been touched by multiple people anyway. They seem to take offense and it shows by their attitude toward me at such a simple request. They are literally touching items from hundreds of travelers every day, I would assume if any contamination was to happen then it would be from their hands. Furthermore, their dismissal of the severity and consequence of their actions makes me very uneasy coming to this location. It shows a complete lack of empathy toward their customers. I know for a fact that this is the general attitude by the staff and you know that starts with management, very poorly educated management! I hope corporate reads this and educates this staff. read more

If you had negative stars i would have gone that way. The man at the counter at 6am this morning was rude and obnoxious. The poor ladies that had to work with him. The last thing I needed was that bad an attitude that early in the day. Hopefully this will help get that in check. If you hate us as truck drivers that bad , customer service is not for you in a truck stop. Or If you hate your job that bad find a new one. read more

Used to be a WILCO Very glad that PILOT has taken over it appears to be cleaner to me. The staff is not always friendly or helpful, but after thousands of us (TRUCKERS) a day I can't really can't blame them for not being chippy 24-7. Great coffee as always. And the usual a subway and a DQ. Wish they had the hot food bar as well but it's a good and safe stop. read more

I went to the Dairy Queen in this gas station, and I've never been so dissatisfied with a visit anywhere ever. The customer service was awful, the employees were talking to friends instead of paying attention to customers and then they were rude when they did pay attention to us. :( read more
