My go-to gas station when on my road trips is the Pilot Travel Center. However, I have added Love's and Flying J Travel Centers since my last Texas trip back in June 2023. Anyway, I was at almost half a tank of gas left for use and decided to pump one final time before arriving in Nashville, TN. Of course I had about 35 mins driving time left so I could have waited, but when I saw Pilot, I exited because you never know when the next time it'll show up again. Grateful that Pilot is open 24 hours everywhere. This gas station was very clean and well lit as most Pilots usually are. Gas price for Regular 87 was $2.93 per gallon... nice! Less than $20 total for half a tank... can't beat that! I didn't use the restroom, hence, I have no moment on the inside food mart or staff. I love the work ethic of the associate that was working at the counter when we were getting our chicken plate. She was so friendly greeted us and we didn't have to wait long to be helped. Most pilots make you stand in one line to get the food but this one had a register by the food so you can just get your food and checkout. I love that they did that especially since that was all we were getting. I would recommend coming here!!!! read more

DONT STOP HERE! Only 2 diesel pumps total for small vehicles. Price today $3.599 for diesel, price at QT just one exit up? $3.149. That's a 30 cent difference per gallon. $9 extra to fill up at Pilot. Plus the food ladies are nasty. I asked for a specific piece of pizza because it was larger, and she gave me the smallest one on the pizza. I asked her politely if I could have the larger one I asked for and she acted disgusted and threw away the small slice she served right in front of me! The proceeded to give me the larger slice with an attitude. She could have given the small slice to the person concerned with getting a good sized slice and made a happy customer. Despite what the app states, this is NOT an "RV Friendly" location. Your only option is the paid truck spots ("prime parking") but they're so narrow that, if you need to let out a slide to sleep, you can't. And, even if you could, the lot is so uneven & in poor repair that I couldn't even level my RV to try to put out a slide. And they won't let you park in any of the 50 regular parking spots that were ALL empty for more than 2 hrs b4 they will have you towed or even an open curb, for that matter. So, to whomever reviews these posts, do me a favor... don't put RV friendly on your website/app. You are TRUCKER friendly, NOT RV friendly. There's a BIG difference & it sucks to drive an RV 14 hrs, be looking forward to laying your head down to sleep b4 continuing on, only to have nowhere to park at the "RV friendly" Pilot & have to figure out another option which , for those familiar with RV'ing are not abundant. read more

While I was almost home to Nashville, nature was really calling. Knowing my luck, I'd get stuck in traffic, so I decided not to tempt fate and just stop...even though stopping anywhere during this pandemic is not ideal. I was elated to see a large sign on the door stating masks are required at this location. As I walked in, I saw employees and patrons alike were following the rules and wearing masks...well, except for two patrons. The bathrooms were somewhat clean for a Pilot, which means they are better than most anywhere else. I'm so glad I decided to go inside. This pilot is a good size, and has a lot of options for food- there are restaurants as well as an area where they make their own food. The showers (upstairs) are fantastic, and they are $12 right now. You get a number, and a code to get into your individual shower room. If there are people in front of you there is a monitor that shows how many people are waiting, and it will also come over a loudspeaker saying that your number is ready. There's a car wash, laundry area, and while I didn't see any area specific for dogs there's plenty of grassy areas. read more

I like what they've done with this Pilot. The food is served from actual stainless steel frying pans. They actually had broccoli as a choice side vegetable. The Roasted Chicken is as good as homemade and/or a restaurant. I mean seriously it's good. And they give you two breast as how the meal comes. Keep up the great work. Pilot is innovative. read more

Very convenient to the interstate (I-40). Has great gas prices every time I go by. When I stop, the service is chipper and the people working in there seem upbeat, even late at night. Newly rebuilt/redesigned building. It was busy inside. Service was standard. Nothing out of ordinary, they had a restaurant, showers, convenient store, and a lounge area. It seemed to be understaffed for all the things they were try to represent. Trying to follow "Sheetz" model if you have ever been to one in NC. This is a nice Pilot. Decent food options. Mostly clean restrooms. The showers upstairs are GREAT! The driver's lounge is pretty dismal and not very inviting or comfortable, and seems to be partially used as the truck stop storage area. Disorganized & messy The drink machine was wrong. You would push a button for one drink but another would come out. Both lemon lime Gatorades were wrong (one was water & one was red). They were missing cups & lids then had trouble finding them once asked. Waited 10 to 15 minutes & finally had to get another drink size because no lids could be found. Unfortunately the red Gatorade that I got for my husband turned out to be a red drink but definitely not fruit punch Gatorade like the button indicated. They had 4 hot dog machines but only 1 had buns. They were out of napkins & nobody seemed to be taking care of the hot dog/drink area. I stop by the Lebanon Pilot 3 - 4 times a week. This morning I have the attendant $39 cash split between fuel on pump #6 and a 3 for $6 breakfast meal. They only authorized $27.44 for fuel. I have been up all night working and I'm tired, at first I left to go pump my fuel but before I got to the door it hit me. How did $27.44 + $6.56= $39. It doesn't. That's stealing. The attendant told me that I only gave her $34 in an condescending tone. I know exactly how much cash that I had and where every damn penny came from. How dare this person act like I was lying to her without an audit of her register. I WILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. read more
