We stopped late at night. It was semi clean but not very friendly. Maybe that was the time of day or the holiday travelers?? We didn't have any issues with our gas purchase. My family also redeemed a coffee offer and all went smoothly. It's a fine spot for a quick stop whilst on the road. We didn't need help or any service needs. This is our frequent stop when we travel south. Generally, the gas is cheaper than anywhere (easily-accessible from I-65) within a 25 mile radius. There are 3 eateries (McDonald's, Subway & Cinnabon) for a little variety in options. The bathrooms are clean and the place is always buzzing with people. We will continue to stop here as long as the gas is reasonably priced. read more

This Pilot is in Lebanon. Like, that's not really going to help American truck drivers, who don't even operate in the middle east, is it? This Pilot in Kentucky was absolutely awful. One of the worst truck stops I've ever used. Half of the bathroom was out of order. It was absolutely stinky. There was no toilet paper in several of the stalls. Very run down and not my favourite by a long stretch. But at least it's 24 hours. read more

I came in for fill up and restroom visit. Thought I would grab a warm cinnamon roll, then decided to take a 4 pack home as well. When my total was more than expected, I was informed that because I was buying warm cinnamon rolls, I was paying more for them. They didn't have any all ready packaged. The cashier explained to me that she hasn't had a chance to pre-package any so there weren't any available yet. She has been too busy. So somehow, this is my fault and the customer should expect to be punished if they haven't had a chance to do their job. I have to pay extra because they have had a busy morning? I would have been happy to grab a prepackaged box of rolls as they were just going home for later. But since she hadn't had a chance to package any up, I had to pay extra. $.30 a gallon cheaper than Ohio. I love the layout here, this is Bill to get you your gas and get you going. This is such an interesting design for a pilot stop. Also has McDonald's and Subway in the same station. Nice little spot. Right next to the highway. read more

This was a great stop as we traveled I-65. They had the best price for miles and I got my Pilot member discount of $.03 per gallon. The restrooms were clean and the coffee hot and fresh. read more

We stopped in here on the way back from Nashville. Restroom breaks and a quick snack. The place seemed to do the job. Gas. Restrooms. Snacks. I'm taking a few stars off because of the restroom. It was clean but when I visited there were a couple of guys that were acting sketchy. One of them in a stall. One of them on the outside and they were whispering to each other. It was just bizarre. I relieved myself and got out of there. This stop has a Subway so we decided on getting quick sandwiches. For me, you can't go wrong with a Veggie Delite*(Lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, banana peppers, green peppers, onions and a few strips of sweet onion sauce). Yum! The sandwich was fresh! (Eat fresh). The only issue with the indoor subway is that the tables weren't clean. I can deal with a dirty table(depending) but I'd much prefer a clean/wiped down table. The only other issue is there seemed to be workers and managers there stocking and/or rearranging the store. I know that every store has to do that but do those things need to happen at high traffic times in the middle of the day(4 PM)? It just seemed like unnecessary clutter. read more

We just left this travel center. A sign on the door said that all patrons were to wear masks. The three of us had then on, one employee and one other customer. NO ONE ELSE, including the manager, and it was pretty busy. If you're going to have a policy for everyone's health, ENFORCE IT!!! Sadly, the young woman who waited on me was as sweet as she could be. This pilot is just like all the other pilot travel centers over priced items. I hate that. I can get the items cheaper at Walmart. So why would you to this to your customers? The only good thing you have going for you is you have a Subway restaurant rather then greasy fast food. That's a plus for me. I would not recommend this pilot but I would recommend the subway. read more

While I am more of Flying J man myself, I enjoyed my experience here during an long late night drive home. While I can't provide rebuttals to Alex S's comments, I can reiterate that the bathrooms were clean and the interior of the store was organized and prices were fine. I needed a small coffee and their selection was perfect. The t-shirts available for purchase would be great for anyone that has a leaning towards the hillbilly side, but of course I respect and agree with anyone that takes pride in America. Anyways, there is also a large supply of electronic accessories for purchase, be it charging cables or the much needed wireless headsets for the truck drivers, this place has it all. I am happy anytime I can find one of these chain gas stations and would return if in the area and low on gas or in need of caffeine. read more

We've stopped at this one a couple of times on our way to Nashville. The bathrooms are clean and they have one of those Cinnabon stands that makes everything smell like a happy Christmas morning. You can tell, though, that the buns are re-heated. They have that chewy texture that means they've been in a microwave. The gas prices are on par with every other gas station/truck stop along the route and the cashiers are pretty friendly. It's a big place so it gets pretty crowded and busy but the line seems to move pretty quickly. read more

This is your typical truck stop located right off interstate 65. This is a gas station a frequently come to for the cheap gas they usually have gas .20 cheaper than in Louisville. The store has a McDonald's and Subway inside. They also sell Cinnabon rolls made fresh. This truck stop sells the stuff a normal truck stop sells. They also have showers to rent and bathrooms are usually ok to use. The service is usually quick if I go inside. They also have fresh fruit options too, which I think is nice for a healthy option. This place is usually super busy all the time. read more

This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt, and I'm saying this as a professional driver's wife. The parking lot has plenty of spaces, so no complaints there. However, once you step inside, everything goes downhill. We had to go to the register to get a shower since the kiosk was down. There was 5 people in line and only one person on the register. Upon walking back to the shower area, they have the gaming machines, where apparently they still allow smoking because there was two ashtrays with butts in them. The showers were a decent size and the water was nice and hot, but there was BLACK MOLD in every corner of the room! I am making a call to corporate to advise them of this. On top of that, the Subway only had wheat bread available and was out of chicken. Stay far away from here. Update: I spoke with the GM about my issue. He was very apologetic about the situation and admitted fault to falling slightly behind. read more

The restroom has a handicapped stall which offers a baby changing area and child restraint seat. The down side is that the floor is cleaner than the baby changing area and child seat. No restraining straps on the child seat. The restroom is otherwise pretty clean, trash receptacles emptied recently. They have a very nice McDonalds and a Subway at this store. Unusual setup for coffee and soft drinks, but apparently clean and kept stocked. The cashiers in the convenience store were pleasant. read more

07/30/19, my son and his family were traveling from Indiana to Florida this was 1st stop to gas up and walk... well my son"s step son accidentally locked the car..unfortunately the key fab and all cells were in the rental along with rental car info. Sam who working the night shift at Pilot Flying J was more than kind to allow them to call me as i looked up info & #'s for a locksmith at 1am. Took 3 hours but they are on the road thanks to her kindness. Also my 4 month old grand baby was traveling with them I was appreciative they were allowed to wait there 3 hours till help arrived . thank you so much Sam the company really should appreciate their best assets a great team member!! Bought CB equipment from here for my Jeep, I thought I bought a cable extension instead I got the wrong cable. I came back to exchange it with a more expensive cable and to buy a few more things, however the manager said I couldn't return it with out the receipt I tried to explain that I was going to exchange it and get more stuff. He snapped back rudely with "no store in the country allows you to return with out a receipt" a little surprised by this comment I replied back Walmart, Lowe's, wallgeens, peebles everywhere I have shopped will take returns but may only give store credit back. I was essentially told to start shopping else where. Sorry you will no longer get any of my business, I'll got to five star and radio shack for my needs. read more

Smells like dog crap everywhere outside. Stop by and you'll see why. Plenty of pet owners stopping here and letting their pets defecate one the small strips of mowed grass. I can't really blame the gas station for that, but it is one reason to not go there. I do blame the McDonald's for letting pets in there. I'm not going to knowingly eat at any restaurants that allows pets. Humans that don't have propped sanitary practices are bad enough, pets are just ridiculous. read more

I stop in here twice a week to get gas and 9 out of 10 times the pumps are out of receipt paper so you have to go in and stand in line for a receipt after waiting in line for a pump to get gas. The last 2 times I stopped to get gas the pump I stopped at didn't even work. This place has gone down hill so bad it's not funny. I've been buying gas here for over 20 yrs. After today never again. Guess I will be going to speedway from now on. read more
