The parking lot has more than adequate parking the store is very well organized by category and easy to find your selections. Even though you do have to deposit a quarter for a cart here a lot of times people and do the good pay it forward move and leave a cart free for you to use hoping that you will do the right thing and pay it forward in the future. yes the selections can be small and you will not find a bunch of the brands that used to seeing at some of the big box stores but the money you save shopping at this location will more than make up for the lack of brands this place is perfect if you are trying to pick out certain grocery items regardless of what brand they are I will continue to shop here and gratefully pay a quarter to use the card and I will definitely be happy to bag my own groceries here

Also, several of the sale signs were wrong. I love Kroger's weekly deals. I saw the salmon sale price sign and quickly tossed it in my cart. But then remembered seeing a coupon for the sale price last week. I learned the hard way that you should always verify the sale price dates on the bottom left of the sale price sign. Of course the deal was over. Im wondering how many thought they were getting the salmon for the sale price and was unknowingly charged the regular price. Not just at Kroger, but any store check those expiration dates and sale price dates!

Pretty standard super grocery store in the same vein as a Winn Dixie or the grocery side of a wal mart. They do require a Kroger plus card to get discounted prices. So that's kinda annoying. Just charge everyone the same price and be on with it. Especially since if you don't have one a worker or nearby customer will just let you use there. Anyways Thai particular location is a nicer one. Very spacious and very large. They do a. Good job on the upkeep of the store. They have decent sales items as most Kroger do (as long as you have the Kroger plus card). Overall not a bad location. Service here is solid. Lines can get long as there aren't too many grocery options in Shepherdsville but they do a good job on keeping the lines moving on my few trips here when in the area.

It was Sunday so options were limited and, I HAD to replace the tire. All SEEMED well when I left, there was a bit of a shimmy but, it was my first road trip in this vehicle so I didn't think much of it. Made it to Atlanta and parked the car for the two weeks I was there. I had a rental for work and parked next to my truck every night. On the way back, the truck started shaking badly. I pulled over on the highway thinking I had a flat. Nothing. Checked the suspension, all looked fine. Tried to go a little bit and the truck just shook. I had it towed to Pep Boys. As the mechanic was pulling it into the garage, another guy came running out, waving his arms, yelling. My wheel, the one THIS WALMART replaced, was ready to fall off. It had two sheared lug posts and the remaining lugs were very ready to go. The wheel had been improperly seated by WALMART I had to pay for the repair AND a hotel for the two days I had to spend waiting on a new wheel. My wheel was ruined, the holes were bored out, making it useless. Not to mention the HUGE SAFETY RISK this put me in. Pep Boys got me all fixed up and back on the road. When I stopped at this location to see about them reimbursing me for the repairs, replacement wheel and lost days, they offered me $350. About a third of my total out of pocket. I told them that was unacceptable and we filled out the claim paperwork. Their claims guy called, I explained what had happened and he said he'd look into it. I have a job. A pretty good job. I was not looking to rip them off, I don't need to. I wasn't doing a "slip and fall" wanting them to buy me a house. I got REMARKABLY BAD SERVICE THAT COULD HAVE(luckily it didn't) KILLED ME!! I wanted them to make it right. That is all. I didn't ask for ANYTHING. I would have settled for just my out of pocket but, the video showed the guy torquing the lugs so, NOTHING. They claim NO FAULT AND I AM OUT ALMOST $1200!?! Needless to say, I am in the process of suing them now. If you mess up to the degree they did, SOMEBODY has to make it right. Especially when all that is being asked is what it cost me to repair YOUR BAD SERVICE!!

It will automatically use those mobile coupons any time I use my Kroger card. I also love the convenience of the Clicklist. I work full time and do other hobbies on my time off. I don't always have time to go grocery shopping. Any time I need anything I go on the mobile app, add whatever I need and at the end of the week or end of every other week or whatever I submit a clicklist and go pick up my groceries after work.
