We've stopped here more than once on a road trip. The TA store was in a bad way today, multiple drink machines marked out of order and pretty slim pickings in the hot food area. Bathroom was clean and stocked. They have Utz potato chips for sale. There's a Popeye's chicken restaurant attached which is a plus. read more

Phenomenal truck stop!!!! I went with my spouse for the first time ever otr. This was the fourth truck stop so lets say im experiencedish . It was sooo clean and friendly. Everyone!!! They cared and asked how we were and had suggestions. So much so we came back! We had a mechanical issue but literally drove back here to resolve! Manny was dedicated and worked it out for us! He explained every code and the implications of each code. He also explained shops policy and why we needed to be referred back to Freightliner. The two women in the store that asked each time on june 4th were sooo nice! If it helps one also worked the night of june 5th in the store soooo nice and caring! They should be recognized because i havent seen it anywhere else. Oh! And the receptionist at the mechanic shop that worked the evening of june 4th and 5th was soooo funny and nice!!! It made the truck stop stay easier for a newbie because i was boredddd . Some folks stopped in and were rude to them but they handled it so well! I have noticed since I lived in the Mt Metro Columbus area that gas stations hike prices by as much as 20¢ a gallon on Thursday thru Sunday. I have seen this south of, west of and in Columbus. How can they get away with this. Michigan's Attorney General's office would have their heads on a platter!! Where is the out rage of Ohioans to not to complain!!! Or is the Attorney General's office here just don't care or Maybe powerless to act??? I demand justice. Until that happens, I will fill up here on Wednesdays since it's price is always lower than the one closest to my place. Still cheaper than the Speedway next to it. read more

This station has a sign out front directing cars and RV's into an area that was so short that my RV barely fit. To add to the challenge, they allow people to park their cars all day long in the sites immediately behind the pumps, so backing out of the pump was almost impossible. Take my advice: if you are in an RV, keep on going. read more

Nice facilities. The bathrooms are clean as well as the store. The gas pumps are close together and very close to the building making navigating the lot interesting. The entrance from the main road up to the parking lot is full of potholes and needs attention. The building looks remodeled on the inside and there is even a nice sitting area that greets you were you walk in the main entrance. There are many entrances for the various establishments, all are accessible from the inside so you don't have to go into a particular entrance. The clearly defined entrances do make it easy to get to exactly where you are trying to go. read more

My company and the entire fleet fuels with ta/petro. Every time we come in we are disrespected because of our English, because we are who we are. There are not many vegetarian options for us and many of our fellow drivers do not eat meat so we have to result in things that isnt our first choice. There's cashiers that are short and disgusting attitudes but there is a few at this location that are the most awesome every single time we all are in there. This location is falling apart as far as making us feel welcome especially during the day. Come in around7-8pm it's the best experience we have. We all drivers talk and try to avoid coming here in the morning because we don't feel welcome. Today 10 drivers stand waiting to be helped with one cashier. Bathrooms disgusting looked like it had never been touched all day. Employees worried about each other and not customers. It's not the first time. This is an every time I come here thing. Someone higher up needs to listen to customers and the employees that talk to customers on a regular basis. Especially drivers!!!! We tell them what could help and raise sales and what we would like with this being our primary fueling location. But the answer we get is they can pass this idea along but it's a corporate decision. Wait weeks to hear what happens. But there's never a response given to employees. Best employees you have working with your drivers would have to be two on evenings and we wish you had more like them. Thank you to your bosses on night times Nona Ashely for making all non American drivers and customers feel welcomed and appreciated. If we could only deal with these two we would only come to this location. They understand our culture and try to make things amazing for us. We drivers need more truck stop workers like them. We need more options for Indians we need more people to care and not be so mean. We shouldn't still be coming into places feeling targeted by the people working because we aren't Americans. A good TA with lots of parking for trucks. Except they recently got rid of the book section. Hubby went in to purchase a book and was told that they don't have them anymore. :( Not all books are listened to on audio. We like books to read when laying over and the truck isn't running. Back to Barnes and Noble! Oh, the TA chain really needs to get rid of the reserved parking! Over 2 dozen unused spaces! Truckers DO NOT make a lot of money and everything is super expensive out here. At 5:30 pm i walked in they said sorry not today because technician wanna go home !!! This is one of your modern generic truck stops. I drove truck for 25 years and were sad when all the Mom and Pop stops were replaced by these 'same all over the US' stops. However, the London unit tries very hard to be personal, friendly, and unique in the TA world. And they have Popeye's Chicken!! The service is wonderful. The buffet amazing. Being the exit for truckers to plan their attack on Columbus; it's always full of truckers. I still love to sit and listen to the, well, BS. . You can go to California and you'll sometime hear a remark about "Exit 79" sometime. If they made a 'Truck stop' movie; this would be the set. A retired Driver's opinion. read more

Terrible service at the convenient store. Woman gave me the wrong item from behind the counter. Granted, I didn't check before walking out... When I went back in 30 seconds later she said it could not be returned. I asked if this was posted anywhere, she said no but it's in their handbook. When I asked to speak with a manager, she said there wasn't one on shift. She was very rude, even though it had been her mistake I lost $8. Will never go back. read more

I just had some toothless guy come by and yell at me for parking in the disabled parking. I am a disabled person and not being allowed to park where it is clearly marked. I have video on my dash cam that shows this. I will be contacting the corporate office. This is a clear violation on the Americans with Disabilities Act! read more

Recently stopped to have a repair done to the trailer. From start to finish was 5 1/2 hours. That is excessive time frame The bill was double the cost of the other wheel seal we had repaired recently at a different facility. Unless you have more time and money then you know what to do with I'd NEVER recommend using this facility for any services. Now the problem is worse then it was when we originally stopped so we have to find another place to fix their work and hopefully correct the original problem as well. The managers from London OH TA did call and are working with us to correct this problem Won't get us back the 5 1/2 hours from the original shop nor the time we had to spend at the 2nd shop but at least they are trying. read more
