You may have to go inside to prepay for your tank, but otherwise this is a convenient and easy to access gas station located right off of I-64E. The machine outside wouldn't accept my credit card, but the cashier was pleasant and mentioned that lines 7 and 8 are pretty testy. Once complete, I filled my tank and cleaned my windshield with the soap and water left out by the tanks. Easily hopped back on the highway and was on my way. It also seemed like it'd be a well-lit and decently safe station at night, but I did visit during the day. read more

This is a really convenient stop off of 64 in between williamsburg and Richmond There was plenty of gas station pump and a very big convenient store that had a subway at one end The facility was extremely clean inside and out with friendly people working the register so this is a good spot to stop if you're traveling through the area read more

I find the pilot travel center to be the easiest one to get in and out of at this exit. Standard clean bathrooms and reasonably priced gas helps to offset the overpriced snacks! read more

Never ever liked any Pilot more fond of a Flying J even though they are affiliated. Staff does a half job of everything. Always out of order signs or nothing has been replenished. Bathrooms always need extra attention. Never pleasant to visit read more

Awesome truck stop!!! Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of smiling cashiers/ some are even on the floor to help find what you need. Restrooms are clean and smell good. I love this place. It was a breath of fresh air!!! Subway is inside. Again, lots of very friendly smiling staff. They move quickly to get you through the line. Great teamwork. The food is the freshest I've seen at Subway in a long time! I did have a sandwich maker at subway get a little irritated when I declined burned bacon but another employee jumped right in with a smile and awesome attitude and cooked another order of bacon. Pilot travel center...came here to get my munch on...sodas and get late night dinner... Long drive back needed to make a quick stop...There's a subway located inside pilot travel center... So got my dinner at subways... Tuna....yums..too bad there's no seatings ...was looking at small gadget but they didn't have what i was looking for... They do have quite a good selection of smell gadgets for cars... Good for people that are frequent drivers...since they didn't have what I was looking for i gave up and got a soda instead...a large soda...for a buck! There's parking and a good amount of people shopping here.... There's about three staff members working at pilot travel center... This place is great for pit stops! Yes there's restrooms ! Why not stop and get gas too! read more

I actually really like Pilot Travel Centers for some reason, but this one is actually smaller than the other ones I've been in. Despite the size it still offers all of the essentials one expects from a Pilot. The gas is cheap, the restrooms are clean and the coffee is great as always. There is plenty of parking around and it is just off of the interstate. There is a Subway at this location, but it is strictly carryout with no place to sit down and eat inside that I could see. read more

I have tipped how disgusting the restroom is, now it's time to put a star rating on it. So what's disgusting? Some debris is not a big deal. It's the foul odor that may have you looking for a dead caucus. This has been a consistent issue over over a year, so I'm done! The unfortunate in this is DQ customers have no other restroom options. Cleaning will do nothing, it needs a sledge hammer taken to it.

I think we both got the 24oz sized fruit smoothies. As I may recall, mine was the berries smoothie with added immune booster + yogurt + whipped cream. My brother got the strawberry banana one with 2 boosts of immune (memory still fuzzy on the exact names). Unfortunately, I did not get any food from there because we already ate & going to Wawa was quite the random move. I will be sure to do so next time.
