My only hiccup was getting the barcode to work on the way out, but was really remedied by a full service window where we were able to read off the barcode to them. We were given two water bottles for the road and that was a nice touch. I would only add to either offer an app to reserve and have access to the barcode or send a PDF of the receipt when emailed. When I opened the email the confirmation receipt it was extremely hard to find and kept looping back to the reservation page. Otherwise, I will use the service again in the future.

We brought our trailer in to shop @ 8 am morning at for break system that seized up , we kept up with our driver all day waiting, driver kept saying they they had everything apart not sure what is going on, around 2 pm driver said they are saying the spinal to the axle was going to need cut and new one rewelded. Lazaro was saying it would take a week to have a welder out. We told him that was to long of a wait and were are loaded. We also finally found out that the guy wanted almost $3,800.00 just to weld spindle axle, we then asked about price new axle he was like $5,000.00 and 5 weeks. Note: These prices did not including other parts and labor, which we never even got a cost on or estimate on. We also told him that was a major decision and long time to get repaired and we would have to think it over and let him know in the morning. He the later said the welder would come Friday , which maybe he was saying so we would do the work. We were loaded and we couldn't wait anymore that day. We all with Lazaro and decided that we would square up the bill and chain up axle so we could make delivery down the street and we would decide the best solution for trailer. We told him lets pay what we owe and trailer left. We agreed on $584.82 and paid by cc. Next morning driver came back to get the tires and we decided no to go with the shops ideas because to long of wait. Lazaro then called later that day at 2pm saying we have a problem and need to pay for all the parts restocking fee that he ordered and expedited because the driver told him to do so. We were shocked like What !!! What parts , like really what ever going back and forth and Asked him how much $989.94 I told him some *$&@# words and hung up, Then he harassed the driver. That night at 4 pm Lazaro somehow charged our credit card. He must have written it down and just charge it like it was his, which is fraud and against the law. I have never had a shop do this ever. Just beware. He is lucky we do not call the cops. We also think he was mad that we didn't want to do the any job with him and that was retaliation. Shops should always diagnose your vehicle issues and create a detailed written estimate outlying parts , labor and cost and get approval before ordering an parts or doing the major repair period.

It's a large garage, seemingly with plentiful spaces, although I don't know how often it might fill due to convention center activities. Air-conditioned pedestrian walkways connect the third floor (Blue level) to the convention center and the Marriott (turning out to be the Marriott's first floor). The garage is $20/day most of the week, but $8/day after 5:00pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. There're no in-and-out privileges with the 24-hour price. When we were there, the garage was fully automated - the pay booths had no attendants and the pre-pay machines were turned off, so you paid with a credit card at the drive-up machine at the exit.

I rec'd a letter from these folks today (11/12/15) stating that I owe them $8 and if I don't pay it by 11/15 it'll be turned over to collections. Three problems with this - 1. You're sending me a statement for the first time for a balance due from over a year ago. 2. The letter is dated 11/1. Postmark on the envelope is 11/9. I received it 11/12. And you want payment by 11/15. Hmmmm . . . 3. I called and asked if I could pay online rather than mailing a check. Nope. How archaic is that? Get a PayPal account or something.
