The lines were insanely long and wait times over 30 minutes for food that was just sitting on the counter. There was no structure whatsoever. The place also was not clean in the drink and bakery area. It will be a long time before I return. I understand the theft issue, but the staffing and structure issue didn't help. I have never witnessed this in the past, after coming in multiple times during these hours.

I went back and now there was a guy behind the register. I asked him, are you the manager? He said, "yes" - I told him I just spoke to you - he said, "no you didn't" then I told him, then "you're not the manager." He asked who I spoke to and I told him I didn't remember the name but the phone number ended in 0101- he called a number - the male cashier said something to the manager (all the lies I'm assuming he's manager) and hands the phone to me.
