My wife is pregnant and specifically wanted three carne asada tacos, so I selected carne asada (with the $1 upcharge) and placed the order along with about $35 more in food. When I arrived, they had made tacos with random meats instead and suggested I just take them. After finally agreeing to fix it, they insisted I pay the difference but charged me $3 plus tax instead of the $2 they originally said. I questioned it, and immediately after charging me they admitted it actually was $2. By then I had already been overcharged and no one seemed concerned about fixing it. So to summarize: * Their system glitch caused the issue * I was willing to pay the difference immediately * I had to push just to receive the order I placed * They overcharged me anyway and didn't correct it All of this over $2.
