We had to stop for gas, and I of course am looking for a place that had a clean bathroom. They had cheap gas, and I'd give the bathrooms a 3 out of 5. Also a Truck Stop so that may give some insight on the bathroom situation. Its easy to get off the highway exit and enter into the lot as it sits just right to the highway, but to get back on, you have to drive down about a third of a mile, make a u-turn and then hop back on 75N. Not a big deal, but everyone loves and easy in and out highway gas station. Good number of pumps, so you're not having to wait for people to pull away from the pump before you can start filling up. read more

Pulled in this morning on way to work and put $20.00 worth of gas in my car. Got to work and was checking my banking information and this place charged $226.00 for the gas. Called and they said the system puts a hold on your card if you pay at the pump. Up to 72 hours for the funds to be returned to your account. If this is going to be their policy they need to inform customers or at least put a sign up at the pump noting this charge. This is crazy and as always there is nothing no one can do about it. The place was total confusion. No control over the parking area where truckers were parking everywhere they wanted to even in unmarked places. They bragged of having some place for small RVs to park and yet could not find any places. In addition, with the confusion of trucks everywhere not in their assigned places, it was trucks moving all around you within every 15 to 20 minutes through the early mornings. The staff were pleasant but the prices over 600% increase absolutely ridiculous. I would never recommend staying at that pilot truck. Stop again. read more

My fiancée and i have been customers for years at this pilot. It's literally right down the road from our home. We went in there the other day and a little boy that works up there was extremely rude to me. My fiancée stood up for me and told him he wasn't going to speak to me that way and when we came in the next morning to get our coffee they had the police there waiting for us to tell us we were trespassing and we had to leave and that that boy accused my husband of threatening him with his gun. My fiancée NEVER put his hand on his gun. But i bet the pilot won't release any video showing him touching his gun. And the police didn't even have to have proof of what we were being accused of. Completely ridiculous! We spend hundreds of dollars there a month but i bet they will never see another penny from us! It's crazy someone can be accused of something with no proof. read more

This Pilot is just off of Interstate 75 and is a good spot for gas. The inside also has the usual convenience store items and there is also a Wendy's and a Dunkin' inside. read more

Stop here quite often when we can. Showers, Dunkin Express, and quite the aray of snakies. Was able to park our BT in front where the cars aren't supossed to park haha. Park and riders I guess. Cause THAT many people dont work here. Till next time!! read more

This is "NOT" a truck stop, this place is a JOKE/DISASTER!!! Under going renovations. Only has 4-disel pumps working for professional drivers to use. Card readers at the pumps have not worked for over 1-week. This location in Valdosta, Ga. needs to be completely shutdown and never reopened. It is very apparent to me that nobody within the pilot company from the CEO all the way down to the person who makes the coffee does NOT care anything about this place or it's customers! It shows all over the place, staff attitudes, lack of products, physical state that the facility is in, equipment NOT working, e.t.c. Pros: Great location, easy on-easy off of I-75. Cons: Everything else about this place. Overall: AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. NOTHING BUT A DISASTER AND A HEADACHE AWAITS YOU HERE. read more

333 miles on a tank of gas and here's where I chose to fill up. It was $1.99.9 and after seeing gas at $2.09 and $2.19, that's pretty darn good. The gas station was clean, the facilities were neat. All in all, a nice stop. read more

This is the worst Pilot I've gone to. Don't get me wrong, the staff was extremely nice and attentive after I pointed out an issue. But their restrooms were horrible!! Only one toilet not clogged or dirty, and trash all over the floor. Comeon ladies... It's a pain to go left out of the parking lot (which is the direction of the highway) You need to go right and make a u-turn but its doable. If your afraid of gas station bathrooms, I'd avoid, but for your normal travel needs it does just fine. read more

Good showers: clean, roomy, good water pressure, great hot water. Soap dispenser at sink completely empty. Wastebasket hadn't been emptied and had paper waste, etc in it. Static air freshener on sink counter was a nice touch. Clean towel set. Plenty of hooks in the shower, by the shower, and in the entry door. Good deadbolt lock on the entry door. Keypad entry worked first time (unlike typical finicky ones at other Pilots). I was here mid-morning. Workers seemed pleasant. I do not like the parking layout. Wish it were on a larger lot with lawn and trees with dedicated perimeter parking for expediter cargo vans. No other comments; we were passing through after a few hours of sleep. read more

I went in this store to buy skoal they didn't have a sleeve and gave me 5 cans. One was expired 11/26/17 this in January 20, 2018 and two were pouches. Check your expiration dates because I threw money out the window. I called and was told all tobacco sales are final. What kind of crap is that ya all are the ones who failed to rotate your stock.
