As soon as the tow dropped us off, they looked at the truck and told us the issue and told us they could get it fixed for us by the next morning. We received the call the next day at 10:30am that the truck was fixed and ready to be picked up. They even picked my fiancé up from the hotel to go get the truck. The mechanic told us that the owner was at the shop at 7am to work on our truck, knowing that we had the baby and were on our way home asap. I highly recommend this place! We are all very lucky in Lowndes County and beyond to have Bear Tires in our community. There were several cars in the lot and I felt like there would be a wait. The man in the front counter was friendly and told me it would be a few minutes until they could inspect my car. In the car repair world that normally means half an hour to an hour. Within 20 minutes my tires were inspected (nail free), air was put in them, and it was free of charge! It is difficult to find a business that upholds honesty and integrity and I am fortunate to have found this gem. :)
