Nicki, the store manager, answered and immediately went out to see if she could find it. When we finally got back, she helped us search and even helped us comb through the dumpster. Thank goodness we found them!! The entire team was kind and helpful and went way beyond above and beyond. They have every type of hard liquor you can imagine from top shelf to cheap stuff and everything in between. They also carry things in all sorts of sizes from big party bottle to small one shot stocking stuffers. They also sell a number of craft beers, both refrigerated and on the shelf, in both six pack and single bottle. Service was friendly and check out was easy. Good manager. Some bad employees. 1. A colleague went in to buy pork chop sandwiches I recommended…read more Manager and another lady told me they made them on Tuesdays. The appropriate response when not having them is: "We don't have them today. Can I get you something else?" Instead, the woman behind the counter went into a long bitch session against her colleague, whom she said she needed to "straighten out" for claiming that they had them on Tuesdays. My colleague left without buying anything and said "I don't need this." 2. I go in the following Saturday to buy food. There was NO visible sign regarding the machine being a chip reader, so I slid my card through... 3 times. Each time, the aforementioned woman stood there like a dunce and said "It didn't go through." I ran another card. Same response. Lady, why don't you ask "Is it a chip card? Try it the other way." 3. THEN, as I'm searching for a sandwich today, she corners me and asks if I addressed my card problems. By that time, they had a large sign on the front of the machine. I told her I didn't have a card problem. She should have known what to do. She stomped to the front and asked the fat guy behind the counter: "How long have we had that sign?" I told her "Your manager already told me how long that new sign has been up....1 week." The guy behind the counter then starts in on me, claims it was up for a month and asks "Lady, why do you care?" I finally said "I don't need to buy anything here." He just laughed and waved and said "bye, bye." I thought "yeah, it's not YOUR business, nor YOUR money that is walking away, so why WOULD you care? You want to be successful? Fire these two.
