Organic is no longer just for fancy people, it is necessary for our health. PLEASE update your policies. We are ready for the good stuff and I venture that you will get more business from customers who often have to shop in the quad cities just to get what the truly need. Walking around, the shelves were all stocked and the store was clean and orderly. I didn't have to wait long at the checkout, the cashier knew what she was doing, and the restroom was clean, Parking lot well set up. Ranking this store for what it is, an austere and utilitarian but well executed. A star off because the prices are are the same as the big HyVee stores with a fraction of the assortment and service.

I was not given a call or even an email about being delinquent, which is typically how the office corresponds with me. I showed up to my appointment today and was told that my appointment was canceled (despite me receiving a reminder for said appointment) and I was permanently ejected from the practice for missing this one bill. I paid the $32 immediately and they squeezed me in for cleaning but reminded me that I could never return. I understand it was my mistake, but being ejected from a practice you've been going to for nearly 20 years for one $32 unpaid bill seems extreme. I was humiliated. I've never missed an appointment (I canceled once due to RSV) or a bill, and I even have private insurance. It was an honest mistake on my part, but I was told they make no exceptions.

I ended up losing one tooth, that he pulled and made a correction to my partial, causing me to losing another tooth. BTW- when my denture with the new tooth came in, Dr did not even come in the room! They just handed them to me, not even having to check the fit before leaving the office.
