I was not given a call or even an email about being delinquent, which is typically how the office corresponds with me. I showed up to my appointment today and was told that my appointment was canceled (despite me receiving a reminder for said appointment) and I was permanently ejected from the practice for missing this one bill. I paid the $32 immediately and they squeezed me in for cleaning but reminded me that I could never return. I understand it was my mistake, but being ejected from a practice you've been going to for nearly 20 years for one $32 unpaid bill seems extreme. I was humiliated. I've never missed an appointment (I canceled once due to RSV) or a bill, and I even have private insurance. It was an honest mistake on my part, but I was told they make no exceptions.

I ended up losing one tooth, that he pulled and made a correction to my partial, causing me to losing another tooth. BTW- when my denture with the new tooth came in, Dr did not even come in the room!
