Pinal County Recorder's Office - Requirements to vote in AZ. Turns out they only accept ENHANCED IDs from five states, my previous one not included. Not impressed.

Had to pay some back taxes for a family members previously owed taxes. I first called the Florence…read moreoffice for information on payment. Both women I spoke to were extremely helpful and explained the options for payment. They suggested I visit the Apache Junction office because it was closer to where I live. The building was a little confusing to find because there are so many similar businesses in the area. The woman assisting us explained everything well and we barely waited at all. We were in and out. It was painless!

First impressions of Pinal County:…read more Employees are nice...seems not all Recorder's office employees are well-versed in which forms of ID are accepted by Pinal County. Waiting on hold takes a while...I was 13th in the queue. Herein lies my first experience: I followed the instructions for registering to vote in Arizona when you don't have an Arizona driver's license or ID. I went to the Recorder's office in person so they could photocopy my ENHANCED ID and the employee told me it was sufficient. I was told I would receive my voter registration card in the mail. A week later, instead of a registration card, I received a denial letter stating my ID wasn't an enhanced ID -- even though it is. When I called the recorder's office, I was told they only accept enhanced licenses from five specific states, my previous state not being one of them. This requirement is not stated anywhere on their website or on the denial form. It should clearly say that only enhanced IDs from certain states are accepted AND list those states. I'm busy with a move and don't have time to make another trip to the office to provide different documentation. Pinal County needs to communicate much more clearly.

Look, no one enjoys the legal process, that's for certain. Okay, maybe not absolutely certain, but…read moreI certainly do not enjoy Court things... However, it helps with the process when the staff are kind and willing to assist in the manner they are able. Most clerks/customer service employees here cannot answer certain questions or provide advise that may teeter into "legal advice territory" which is completely understandable when they're not practicing attorneys and are to remain neutral in the cases. However, they can answer some questions and especially if one is careful in how the question is framed. I have been to this court a few times, it feels lighter than the ones down town (for obvious (to me) reasons), I don't mind coming up here when I have to and when I do, I leave feeling a little more at ease than when I first arrived. Today, the same was true. Be patient, be kind, and remember these are our public service workers and they do their very best, I believe.

But it made changing the ownership of our property extremely simple. We chatted via a screen with a helpful person who led us through the steps from scanning our changed documents to paying for the changes. It took no more than 10 minutes and we were done. We highly recommend using this option rather than driving downtown.

I went there once, and they were closed. They had a sign saying "Closed every 1st and 3rd Thursday…read moreof the month." Nowhere on their website did it say this. I went there the second time, waited in line for an hour, only to be told that I couldn't get my paperwork witnessed there unless I had an appointment. The other option would be to have it notarized and submitted via mail. Why should I have to wait in line for one hour just to be told that they couldn't provide a service in person, and that I'd end up having to mail the paperwork in? On what galaxy does this make any sense? Basically, you can't do anything there in person that you can't do over the mail or online. So, why do the front desk workers even exist, if their only job is to tell you to mail something in? The only people who actually work at the Vital Records office are the ones who end up mailing you the documents. This office is entirely pointless and will waste your time. Don't bother going there, just go to their site, print out the forms, and mail them in. They don't even have the ability to give you the certificates the same day you walk in. You still have to wait to get it in the mail! There is literally no purpose to this office. This place is so inefficient it shouldn't even exist.

All I've heard is "be patient we're behind" and then when they finally sent it out why isn't it at my mailbox? It's the right address I checked multiple times over the phone etc. and I called to ask where it could be and all I got was "idk it should be there we sent it a week ago" this is grossly unprofessional and now I have to go back into the office because I waited two extra weeks and it's not here.

The workers came in and walked around and said that the smoke in the house was bothering him. We had doors open and fans going. They left. I do smoke medical Marijuana and have my card. Being a retired military officer I have an eye for attention to detail and professionalism. From start to finish D.Moe Contracting completed every stage of the process quickly and in a highly professional and expert manner. Rick, who was the individual who did my template measurements, measured everything precisely and exactly and even pointed out some details about the project that I didn't consider. Eric and James, who did the actual install carefully removed the old counter tops with no damage to anything. Eric and James then professionally & expertly prepared the area for the installation of the new counter tops paying attention to every detail. Because of their expertise and attention to detail the installation of the counter tops and new sink went without a hitch. The entire removal and installation process took less than 2 hrs. They also made sure that any questions I had during the installation was promptly answered and consulted with me on other aspects of the installation as they did the installation. These are the kind of individuals that any company would want to keep and promote. These are the kinds of individuals that makes a great company. I would very highly recommend D.
