Also, they raised the monthly price without even letting me know. Today, I see on a newly installed camera that the guy only skimmed for about 5 minutes and does nothing else. However I get an email as soon as he left advising they've done all this: Today we balanced and cleaned your pool to make it perfect. Now it's ready for you to enjoy! These are the items we checked off the list today: Test Water Add Chemicals Clean Pump Basket Clean Skimmer Basket Clean Filter (As Needed) Brush Walls Skim Surface Clean Bottom Brush Tile Acid wash salt cell What a joke! Sent a text message with photos to an employee and Maurice...again the company was unresponsive. Called the office today only to receive the pre-recorded message they are Out Of Business. Not even the courtesy of a letter or recommendation of another pool service. Poor business etiquette and performance. Their trademark is "We make vacation water" they should add the word occasionally.
