We have contacted Lotus Pool on several occasions to report these issues and they have not responded or even given us the courtesy of a reply. Then this week we were informed that the price would be increasing. When we called to question that we were then told that it was a mistake and our price would remain until December. What would have happened if we didn't question this. Then we then again reminded them of our issues they claimed that they had no record of our complaints. It is also very difficult to pay them. Just beware that their customer service has gone downhill lately. We just cancelled our service with them.

We called American Leak Detection of Daytona Beach and they informed us that the charge would be $375 for two hours and the charge would be even if they did not find the leak. The technician arrived and introduced himself and proceeded to try and find the moisture problem. He used a moisture meter which we had all ready had a plumber use and he checked the meter outside which we had all ready done. The only thing he did differently was put a pressure meter on the pipes and he told us there was pressure so no pipe was broken. In the end we paid $375 and he told us that we had moisture coming up through the floor. We knew this because the LVP was buckling so we paid $375 for him to tell us what we already knew. The last room was the living and dining area. The were several large pieces of furniture I could not move by myself. Him and his associate moved them out of the way and put them back for me. Every time they came, they were on time and brought the flooring with them with. They hardly said a word to each other. I have run crews myself over the years and these two work together very efficiently. There was no lost motion. He later told me they had been working together for 3 years. I am obviously very pleased with the whole process from beginning to end, The only thing I would recommend is when you do a job as large as mine over a large period of time is keep in mind that the flooring industry is always changing colors and patterns. Do not be caught not being able to match up your flooring before you can complete the job. Again, thanks to Cody and rick for a job well done. I highly recommend them
