We have contacted Lotus Pool on several occasions to report these issues and they have not responded or even given us the courtesy of a reply. Then this week we were informed that the price would be increasing. When we called to question that we were then told that it was a mistake and our price would remain until December. What would have happened if we didn't question this. Then we then again reminded them of our issues they claimed that they had no record of our complaints. It is also very difficult to pay them. Just beware that their customer service has gone downhill lately. We just cancelled our service with them.
