I tried the chicken broccoli pizza and it was honestly unbelievable. Chicken and broccoli is usually a heavier style pizza, but somehow they kept it thin and crispy. I don't know how they pulled that off, but the crust still had a perfect crunch while holding all the toppings without getting soggy. Everything tasted fresh and the balance of flavors was spot on. Places like Sally's Apizza and Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana get a lot of the spotlight, but if Pizza by Rocco had a prime time location and more exposure, I honestly think they'd be competing in the same conversation. They dont use the delivery apps, which is either a values stance or (more probably) due to how small their operation is. I ordered the Italian sub with the everything. They assured me that my food allergy (carrots) would be a problem for my order. My Italian sub was very very good. The bell peppers on it were a surprise but a pleasant one. They added a nice crunch and sweetness to the sub. I do wish there was a little more meat on it however that is just a matter of preference. Over filling sub is definitely problematic so I don't really fault them in this. Overall I had a great sub and experience. I will keep Annula's on my list anytime I'm in Manchester.

The restaurant has ample seating at the bar in the main dining room and on the patio. The pie was delicious, you can get a half and half pie with two different types which we got. The meatballs were quite tasty and they are dense. You definitely want to share them with a friend or partner. They were playing classic rock music which was a nice touch. On weekends, they serve the 14-in pie only. Since the crust is thin and crispy, it's not as filling as other pizzas. Jenny was a terrific waitress for us.
