I picked up my car and there was water inside my car from the rain after I asked them not to leave my car outside in the rain and after they said they fixed the leak. So I am still not sure if the leak is fixed or not. Very few of the employees were actually helpful. I would recommend taking your car to any other shop in town if you can.

Called Dean and they are honoring the warranty and will cover half the cost of the repair of a failing harmonic balance. Paperwork time was minimum, in and out within 30 minutes to include a quick test drive! I highly recommend working with this dealership as it's the most positive car buying experience I've ever had. Had I bought anywhere else, I'd be eating the full cost of this issue! Otherwise, the car is amazing!

Plus a tore up rim and tire that they had glued together just to sale. I had an extended warranty they would not pay for the replace parts that Pine Belt had put on before the sale. I had to pay over $2,000.00 for the repair. I called them several times, ( spoke to the salesman twice and someone in the service department ) each time i explained what was going on with the vehicle and they told me they would check with management and call me back. no one called back and no respond for three weeks. Final spoke to upper management and they told me they would check some things and call me back. Another person in service called me back and told me after the other dealership had replaced parts that they had put on the vehicle before selling it to me, that I should have taken the vehicle back to them. They did not try to help in anyway. They patched the car just for the sale. I have bought many vehicles over the years and I have never had any issues with them nor the dealerships. The trace value was great, and when I arrived I worked with Regi, who was also fantastic. They got me an even better rate for my financing than I had gotten as a pre-approval, and the whole process was pretty quick (at least as far as buying a vehicle can be).
