I wasn't told in advance I would need a copy of my homeowners policy certificate or I'd have to pay $11 per month. Ashley put her card in front of me and told me to call my agent right then in order to continue with the rental. 15 minutes into the situation I was told I had rented an interior space and if I wanted drive up it would be another $20/month. None of this was on the reservation email I received. She kept blaming it on the 3rd party that the company "just started using" however she was quick to argue each issue and never once apologized for the misunderstanding or inconvenience. Needless to say I left!!

The lady I spoke to in the office was understanding, helpful and friendly. They understood the urgency and had the cube delivered the same day. The driver was professional and was very careful setting the cube on our property. I had no issues while storing my stuff in the cube except a small issue with the door (to be fair i had the cube for a year). but the office sent someone out right away to fix the problem. the cube was a convenient way to store my stuff and have it close by. So when my husband needed to clean out his shed to rebuild it we called cubes to go again. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

DO NO USE THIS COMPANY…read more There cubes do not seal properly around doors and they will be almost garunteed to get infested with mice and ruin anything fabric paper cardboard inside. Furniture clothes etc. We rented a cube from them from November to March while our home was being built and it was infested with mice and destroyed half the contents. I called the company asking for them to cover the damages or at the very least extend a credit back for the payments we had made, as we had beds couches clothes ruined. The woman who runs the office at this location I think may be a relation to Satan himself. One of the rudest nastiest people I have ever encountered in a customer service position. She very bluntly said they aren't paying for shit and we needed to advise them of exact damage to cube before the event occurred. Of course the cube by all appearances looks sealed and fine but once we got mice scurrying while emptying the pod they ran right through the door slides where there is a finger sized gap. This gap is present on all of there pods so heads up it will get infested. Also they offered no credit refund of any kind stating that they don't cover any damages inside units even if it is due to there pods being faulty. Since we didn't tell them how to fix there pods soon enough.. If you want to meet a relation of Satan just swing on in to fruitland to there location and have a chat with her before you decide to go with this company.

Not only did this place not update me but ordered the wrong part. I missed 3 days of work, my family had to leave for their jobs. Stranded without a vehicle , I search for a car to rent--- no luck! I spoke with Deborah at Main Street Storage. Deborah was very accommodating and helpful. Deborah was sensitive to the fact that I was stranded and missing work. She helped me get home affordably. I appreciate everything she did. Highly recommend Main Street Storage.

WORST STORAGE FACILITY!!! We will ABSOLUTELY NEVER EVER EVER…read moreuse this place nor will we ever tell any else to use them. In fact, we are telling everyone to STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP. Might as well just throw all of your items in the trash and not waste money on getting them ruined. We rented 1 10x20 and 1 10x10 unit for OVER a year. In order to keep our items in good condition, we paid a premium price ( Over $400 a month and $5,500 for the year) for both of these units to be in a CLIMATE CONTROLLED BUILDING. This was HARDLY THE CASE, we complained numerous times about the extreme heat in one unit that ruined nearly 8k worth of furniture. The solution offered was , " Move your stuff to a different unit". Never were we offered any help in getting that done, no reduction in monthly rate, no rebate at all... NOTHING. Basically...stay where u are because we can't do anything about it or move to another unit about a block away. The other unit we were renting was full of MICE!!! The resolution was to put 1 mouse trap in the unit...... it was never changed , checked , followed up on, again NOTHING!!!! Opening those boxes was absolutely disgusting. Over 25 boxes covered in mouse piss and poop. Items in boxes shredded and covered in piss and poop, pictures ruined, furniture moldy., DEAD MICE IN THE BOXES.... ...another 7k , at least, lost in that unit. Needless to say, we are FURIOUS with this facility. We tried to reach out to the management of the facility over 10 times, but, NOT ONCE were our concerns ever responded to nor did they even bother to acknowledge our concerns. When we noticed the issues with the units we 1) Offered to be at the facility, at the time and date, of their choosing , 2) Offered to be there anytime to open the unit for them to inspect, and 3) even offered to leave a key with them.......yet every attempt we made to get this resolved was IGNORED!!!!! When we were finally able to get our items out of that DUMP OF A FACILITY, we never saw 1 person from the facility...however, the minute we pulled out of the facility, we received a call from someone at the facility saying " Oh we see that you have vacated the units, are you out now"? How was everything...... CLUELESS STAFF!!!! This facility is a complete disaster!! As i said from the start......DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS DUMP OF A SO CALLED STORAGE FACILITY!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!! While this was my first ever rented storage unit, All Climate certainly set the bar high. Check in was a breeze, and they even offered to stay open an hour later should I need a little extra time to get everything in. In terms of the facility, it was incredibly clean and had plenty of large rolling carts and a big garage door that made moving incredibly quick. For the two months I had my things there, they were safely in the climate controlled unit and looked just like the day I put them there when I saw them again. Check out was just as easy, and again the staff was incredibly accommodating in making sure that I had the best experience possible. Bottom line, the care and attention from the staff combined with the high quality of the facilities makes All Climate an easy number one choice - and I say that confidently even knowing I haven't seen another storage facility!
