They could use a drive thru ATM or at least a back entrance door. Usually, there's only one teller (that's actually doing their job). Nobody else seems to consider customer service. This location is a full service branch. They usually have at least 2 tellers working at all times,…read moreand sometimes more at busier times. The line for the tellers gets really busy on Thursdays and Fridays during lunch time, as lots of people come to cash their checks then. So, try to avoid that time if possible, or be prepared to wait. They also have employees in closed door cubicles if you want to open or manage checking, savings, or other accounts. They offer safe deposit boxes on site. This location also has an outdoor ATM machine to cash checks or grab a few $20's outside of regular business hours (or if you prefer to avoid human interactions). It's enclosed and you need to swipe your debit card to gain access for your safety.

They offered to charge me a $10. fee to cash my payroll check, but I can avoid the fee by opening an account. When I inquired with my employer they were perplexed because everyone at that branch knows them & the company very well. So they could have easily resolved their issue by calling their customer my employer to verify the check & myself & cashed the check.
