Place is new and fairly quite. Has a few ammenities that we didn't use but were available. Spaces are pretty narrow between each other, grass area is mounded, sparse and over watered creating some mud to track into RV. Worse part was it was so wet my trailer sunk when pulling into space. I had to put truck into 4x4 to pull it out. I reported this, was told someone would come look, never heard any thing. Good: Quite and basically flat.
