The last order of 2 Russian sage plants had one did not make it. I contacted them and after sending some pictures they gave me a credit to use on their website. They had sold out of the Russian Sage plants so I got on the list. Today they sent an email they are back in stock so I ordered one. I was treated great in my opinion. Not all plants make it.
