After reading the good reviews for this company. I contacted them for an estimate for landscaping around our home. I was told that I would be placed on a waitlist. I was contacted approx a week later by an associate at 8am on 5/15/18. We scheduled a 1 p.m. appointment. I left work to meet them for the 1pm apt. At 1:20 I had not heard anything from anyone from this company. I called the associate and inquired about their arrival time. The associate told me he got caught up with another customer and could not make the apt time. He stated he thought he was close and could make it to our house in 20 mins or we could reschedule. I told him he could proceed to my home however, he should have let me know he wasn't going to be able to make the scheduled apt time. He proceeded to cut me off and speak over me in a child like manner as I was talking. He still explained he was with another customer at the time of the apt. I let him know that not letting me know he was going to be late before OR AFTER the meeting and speaking to me in the manner in which he was was unprofessional. I understand meetings run over, however I expect a courtesy call regarding being late (since afterall I left work to fit this in). Needless to say I decline the service after he spoke to me with such condescendence and will definitely not do business with this company. I contacted the office to report the rudeness and unprofessionalism of their associate and the woman that answered verified the number that contacted me as the owner. I'm certainly glad I chose to decline their business! read more

Its a truly sad affair when you forget where you came from and loose focus on the exact same principles that got you to where you once were as a businesss owner. We have used the Lawn Care Services of MEM Lawn Care over a three time opportunity within about a 10 year range. On two occasions the service was canceled because of the dissatisfaction of dependability and customer service. Each time we decided to try them again ended up in disappointment and repeat of not following through on our biweekly regular service. The straw that often broke the camels back was promises made by customer service or Moses that was not kept or followed through on. A business owner should understand that merely satisfying customers will not be enough to earn their continuous loyalty. Instead, they must experience exceptional service worthy of their repeat business and referral. Understand the factors that drive this customer revolution. Its as if they took for granted us a customer allowing them the opportunity to service us, their displayed attitude was as if tgey were doing us a favor. We were there from their humble beginnings, was a customer that contributed to the building of their foundation. Its amazing when you outgrow your britches, and decide that the britches weren't good enough anyhow. After not showing up for over a month in a half, customer service had the nerves to repeat that "Mr Moses said that if you can't wait until we can make it out, he suggest you obtain someone else to provide the service." Wow! That is the appreciation shown to a loyal customer. Well! I have a suggestion for you Mr Moses, statistics suggest that when customers complain, business owners and managers ought to get excited about it. Went through the process of getting a quote which went fairly well. Was told when I agreed to start services for the quoted price that my lawn care would start the next day. Over a week later, no one has cut my yard. When I called to check on when they were going to come by the owner tried to tell me they had been my on March 22nd and that grass grows. I know grass grows sir, but if it was never cut then it was never cut. March 22nd was also the day you called me to give me a quote and tell me you would start the NEXT day (I always keep notes on phone calls like this). He said he would go by to check on the yard yesterday, but my lawn still looks a mess this morning. Poor customer service experience. Won't be using their services after such a POOR start. read more

Service Has gone way down, and terrible Customer Service! MEM has been cutting my grass for over a decade. In the last 6 months, they have missed several grass cutting schedules - when I called they said they would put me back on the schedule. Why was I not on the schedule anyway, I am a long time customer whose grass has been getting cut by them for years. Who took me off he schedule?? Then they canceled altogether because they claim they lost their workers and needed to get them visas, took two months off for that mess, and now my grass has not been cut in over a month. This coming Friday will be 6 weeks since they have cut my grass. Called them and no one answers. I leave a message, and they never return your calls. If they do answer, they say they will call you right back but never do. Not really sure what is going on with them, but they obviously can't handle the business they are getting. Terrible, terrible service. I hate to have to go interview for another lawn service, but they are leaving me no choice. A courtesy call to be informed on what's going on would be great, but you can't even get them on the phone, nor return any of your calls. Just Terrible Service! read more
