After calling an electrician and another plumbing company, they were unable to identify the problem over the phone; they would charge a hefty fee to send a technician over and diagnose the issue. With Tim, he asked for our address after listening to our situation; he drove over within fifteen minutes -- no appointment or prior call. Tim's knowledge about the well/plumbing was clear; he fixed the problem within ten minutes. Instead of charging a fee and leaving, he went ahead and taught me about the well, including parts that he recommended replacing with price estimates/quotes. Then, he proceeded to clean the tank, and surrounding area, which was never cleaned before in over ten years. He only charged us $75 for his work, while other companies charge around $100 just to send a technician. My family was incredibly thankful to have running water again, but we were even more impressed with Tim's efficiency and expertise.

Multiple months later, numerous attempts to reach plumber, and a multitude of unanswered correspondence to him to get an updated quote, as the initial parts ordered were wrong, they came out did one part and two months later and five or six emails unanswered, we still don't have the job done. I had a bad experience initially with communication with them at the beginning but after owner reached out and made me feel this was not how they do business, I removed the review and gave them another chance. What we got was three months on incomplete work, frustrating amount of ignored emails (he has 2 and I sent to both), and spending almost the cost of the entire initial quote on half. Now I'm just done and calling someone else. You can only make excuses for business practices (or lack of) for so long. Sadly I purposely will hire a smaller local company vs a bigger corporate owned company to give them a chance to grow and be competitive. I also refer clients to small business owners that I trust and know will do great work. This unfortunately is not one of those and I hope that I am the exception to the rule. After inspecting the unit checking our filters he stated the unit looked good but it might need a new starting capacitor but he needed to check the factory numbers, also the BLOWER WHEEL NEEDED CLEANING, which he couldn't do as the tool need to get it out he did not have. He also suggested a infer red light. But he would send us a estimate on all that. With a approaching rain storm, he said everything done and he would send the paperwork in, he left in the rain. After a hour our home was maintaining 81 degrees with the ac unit running but not cooling. I called him and he returned in about 30 minutes. He said he forgot to do something g hurrying to beat the storm. He repaired that problem and said he found he had the proper capacitor if I wanted it. I agreed and paid the price, he installed it and turned on the unit. This time it worked and started cooling the house. The work he completed appears to be working and the unit is even running quieter then before. I told him I would review his invoices, paid for next years contract and new capacitor. I contacted the office and scheduled the Blower Wheel service for new week. The work done was proper but rushed due to his nervous condition for a thunder storm.
