I had a bad experience initially with communication with them at the beginning but after owner reached out and made me feel this was not how they do business, I removed the review and gave them another chance. What we got was three months on incomplete work, frustrating amount of ignored emails (he has 2 and I sent to both), and spending almost the cost of the entire initial quote on half. Now I'm just done and calling someone else. You can only make excuses for business practices (or lack of) for so long. Sadly I purposely will hire a smaller local company vs a bigger corporate owned company to give them a chance to grow and be competitive. I also refer clients to small business owners that I trust and know will do great work. This unfortunately is not one of those and I hope that I am the exception to the rule.
