Our previous plumber got so big that the service really declined. Iggy is the opposite: responsive, honest, and truly looking out for his customers. Top-notch professional. They were on the high side in cost and I had sent an email asking some questions about the quote. They were answered promptly by a very nice customer service agent, however they still were above their competitors, and so I hired another company. That company didn't work out, and so I was on the hunt again for plumbing companies to do my job. I put Spartan back in the mix of quotes. About that time, the customer service agent emailed me asking if they could answer anything further regarding their quote. I sent a second email with a few more questions and unfortunately did repeat one question from my prior email. However I also gave new information about my setup that would affect the quote and invited them to update their quote. I also wanted to understand why they were charging over $1500 for a second man for 10 hours when none of the other 5 companies did that. I received a call from the plumber. I had originally posted what truthfully ensued during this phone call. However, the company disagreed with what I said happened during the phone call and asked me to change it, which I have done here at their request. The plumber seemed, in my opinion, to have a very brusque tone, and I never got any further answers to my questions, nor was I able to explain the changes to my scenario that led me to need an updated quote. The call left me feeling very disrespected and intimidated. Not being able to get an updated quote, I had to move on from this company, as they seemed, in my opinion, unwilling to take on the job and perfectly willing to pass on several-thousand dollars, simply because I asked too many questions. Had an issue with water softener called on a Saturday but they were closed. Left a voicemail…read moremessage for Monday morning. Monday I received a callback and got an appointment for the next day Tuesday, Phillip was our technician and had the water softener issue resolved in minute. ( Transformer power supply was bad ). That portion was covered under warranty I had mentioned that water pressure had been steadily been decreasing and Phillip checked a couple of things and we found out that the Well pump pressure was not sufficient enough for proper back flushing of the water softener system. He had the parts to Install a new pump on his work van and proceeded to install a new well pump. Had a couple of leaks from the brand new Well pump specifically 2 orings were never installed at the factory. Phillip was told by his supervisor to use Teflon tape to fix the leak. When Phillip was done with the job he informed me to call the the office and request that a new pump be installed due to the Orings missing directly from the factory. That evening I called Water Care America and spoke with Bryan and he sent Phillip back out the next day to install the missing orings. Could not be happier with the Service Technician and Water Care America's service and professionalism provided to me.

A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. Alex was quick with his reply and we arranged to meet at my home on the 4th of July, and he arrived exactly on time. At first, it took a few moments to catch on to his accent. This very pleasant handyman is formerly a Russian, and he is perfectly happy to be alive and working in the home of the brave. In he walked, very confident, with a fairly lrge satchel full of assorted tools. I brought him to the site of the offending troublesome valve and he set to work on it at once. In what was probably less than 20 minutes, he had the toilet flushing perfectly, at least 4 times, allowing a fill each time. Congratulations Alex! QUALITY: One cannot argue with success. The job was handled properly, promptly, with hardly a word spoken. At one point, he wanted to draw my attention to a part, and when he wasn't able to say it, he apparently tooked it up and showed me the translated word on his phone. Clever, this fellow, quick and clever. VALUE: Alex had agreed with me in advance regarding the fee. He was happy to take my check and after talking with me in general about some painting (Ceiling) I might wish to complete, for which he gave me a fine estimate, he drove away.
