I have been going to pain management doctors for years because of my back issues & I feel very comfortable recommending this practice. The Dr uses various treatment options including medication, injections & more involved procedures (such as a rhizotomy). It is all done is on an outpatient basis & you are in and out very quickly compared to a lot of other facilities. The staff is wonderful & very courteous and professional, from the receptionist, to insurance to nurses and scheduling assistants. If you have any issues with pain, I would definitely recommend this practice!

I was involved in a train vehicle accident when I was 20 and I am just now suffering from the back and the neck injuries sustained in that accident in Florida. I know I will never be pain free. So be it for me to keep him from calling or her calling and making an appointment with me I have private insurance through my husbands work at UPSFREIGHT. I am getting ready to go through a couple of surgeries that I'm not looking forward to at all right now. The biggest thing that is bothering me is my fusion in my neck that is turned and the bottom two screws are sticking toward my neck muscle in the front. All I have to do is touch that Place on my neck and it will trigger waves of unbelievable spasms and pain. I know after my surgeries I will be giving pain medicine but that is not helping me right now. There is no communication, one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. There is a huge lack of friendliness, when it used to make you feel welcome and now you feel like a "number" and " just a junkie, needing a fix" , I think some classes in how to treat a patient like a person are way over due!! It's bad enough that you are at a place in your life that you need to be in pain management and your quality of life is less than desired, to feel like "less of a person" when you walk in is truly sad.

They represent that it is important to get your injections every week for 5 weeks, yet they have called to reschedule me twice within a 2 week period - they rescheduled my 2nd injection and now they want to reschedule my 4th injection just 2 weeks after the 2nd which will then also mean that my 5th injection will have to be rescheduled as since I am going out of town when they would have to reschedule the 5th, I wouldn't be getting my 5th until 2 weeks after the 4th. Apparently it isn't all that important that you receive these injections weekly when it suits them.

On top of this, expect to be required to return for monthly visits in order to fatten their pockets even further. An absolutely ridiculous set up allows that allows these "professionals" to take advantage of their clients pain for their profits. I would avoid at all costs. The doctors, especially Bradley Davis are rude and treat their patients with disrespect. My prior doctor charged approximately $80.00 for the same office visit that is $850.00+ here..... Kind of self explanatory rip off! On top of it, you get to be disrespected by rude staff and doctors. The staff act like they are at a party and not work right in front of you while you wait hours to see your doctor. I have NEVER seen a staff act less professional. Money is ONLY motivating factor here! I've had approx. 10 years experience to base this opinion on.

No attempt was made to understand/look into my condition (spinal osteo arthritis and degenerative disc disease). No one I saw listened to me; I was told to answer only yes or no for the most part. The treatment plan given to me was for a shot in my lower left back but my main problem area is mid back. Also told me to go to physical therapy and do weight-bearing exercises. Tried to let the PA (L. Kelly) know that I have already done that twice with no improvement but she just looked at me as if who was I to speak and walked out. Looks like nothing more the a money making mill.
