Months later, there are multiple things wrong with the fence that should have been brought to our attention during the installation. After a storm forced a tree down through the fence, the owner Joe, ignored several calls and messages from me. I know the tornado likely increased their work load, but 5 months later I still haven't received any type of feedback to my query. Additionally, I was recently told "we're busy. We can't get to everyone". When I asked why he felt that was an acceptable answer and why other customers were more important than me, he hung up on me.
