The plumbing company left a mess, damaging our tree, crushing bushes, and leaving big pile of dirt in the yard. We called Ridley's. They came out promptly for an estimate, and once we said yes, they came out promptly and did an amazing job. They did so well that our neighbor was watching them work and hired them on the spot to do some grading in his yard. For the grass, they offered us the option of doing sod or seed. We went with the seed, so the (after) picture just shows the straw, but we anticipate having a beautiful lawn next summer. They were highly professional, worked hard, and simply got the job done as it should be done. We talked to another company that seemed cheaper, but they didn't give me the confidence that Donta gave me, and now that the job is done, I can say that confidence was well placed.

Fernando responded to my request to clean the pond and remove all of the waste/decay. He drained the pond and power washed all of the rocks. Near the end of our conversation, Turk was near full volume and was yelling "You love our service, you tell us in a review when you love our service!!". Turk gave us our prices for the outdoor treehouse and it was a done deal. The service was done within the week - I supervised the workers to make sure none of them were staring at my yard and thinking of asking to buy a few acres. For the record, I am not interested in selling even an acre of my yard. Seems a shame that they just don't want to help customers and seem to be 'grumpy old men'. I take my business to nurserys over the PA line where they are actually nice to customers, or down into Hunt Valley or Sparks and pay the premium.

After we purchased the tree they planted it for us and continued to communicate about how it was doing. The plants they have are unusual and have been cultivated by their loving hands over months and years. Visiting their nursery is a special experience. We are planning on going back and would recommend others take the time to visit this extraordinary nursery.
