However, once the worker arrived, he immediately said they needed additional equipment. A week later, Dave texted claiming there were "a lot of variables" he hadn't anticipated and that the job would actually cost $5,750, a shocking $2,750 increase. I had to send him three text messages and call the main office before he finally responded with this sudden price change. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and communication made this an extremely frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this company.
