I was two hours away from any town that could provide service to me. Thankfully I have roadside assistance but they had a very difficult time finding someone to go that far out to help me. The first 4 companies that "accepted" the call later stood me up. I sat on the side of the highway for almost 10 hours when the very kind gentleman from Shad's came to my rescue. He arrived at 11:15pm and work diligently to remove the spare on had on the back of the RV. I had sat for so long with the generator running I had nearly run out of gas. This man was concerned enough he was worried I would break down again and said I could follow him an extra hour out of his way to be sure I found gas. He looked at the lugs again to be sure I was safe to continue my travels another 2 1/2 hours to destination. I can't say thank you enough!!! We were experiencing a low charge on our battery in our 2018 Silverado. We had just replaced the…read moreoriginal battery in our 2017 Tahoe and assumed this original battery had reached end of life also. We were directed to the 385 Xpress Lube by the Napa up the street who wouldn't assist us with a new battery install. Upon arrival, we were scheduled within 15 minutes for a new battery install. However, the technician tested our battery and stated it was at 94% and he recommended we should not replace it. Both the business owner and the technician explained our battery had plenty of life left and if we wanted to replace it, we could but they highly recommended not to. They had filled our windshield fluid, tested the battery and alternator and absolutely refused to accept any money for their time and product. The lender gave us his contact information in the event we had any trouble. This is the type of honesty and goodwill you miss in todays world. Thank you so much.

I drove about 6000 miles on the m without any issues at all. On 11/19/2021 One of the rear tires threw the tread off the tire which not only meant I needed a tire, but made a mess of my trucks inner fenderwell and the outside of the truck as well. Fortunately I was in the right lane when this happened and did not have an accident. THIS IS WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT I BOUGHT RECAP TIRES. THEY WORD IT LIKE THE CASING IS MADE IN ONE PLACE AND THE TREAD IN THE USA. IT IS SAME AS A RECAP TIRE FOR ALL PRACTICAL PURPOSES ON A NEW CASING. I called Treadwright and found that their defects warranty is only good for one year. NOT HAPPY. I have no confidence in the rest of the Treadwright tires on the truck and am replacing them as well. I FEEL MY MONEY WAS WASTED! The other thing that was very annoying was when I called them, the warranty dept is on a recording, but sales is live. I did leave a recording but 4 hours later did not get a response. I have heard of old tires coming apart but not a one year old tire.
