The younger guy that helped us at the front desk was so nice and walked us through the process of this course as it was our first time playing here. The only downside we had here was the older gentlemen in the clubhouse house was pretty rude when we told him we called for a tee time. He immediately snapped at us and said "no you didn't" the younger gentlemen helped us as he was the one who took the initial call. Also, the cart girls were friendly, but one of them was extremely intoxicated, and took over 20 mins to make 2 drinks out on the course, as she had to ask 5 or 6 times what we wanted again. She drove away with open juice bottles and empty cans flying off of her cart. It was semi funny, but not extremely professional. Overall the course was nice and I would definitely play here again.

They have a nice gas fire pit for chilly mornings but the cherries on top were the two clay courts. Beautiful gray not red clay, well maintained: was my first time to have a chance to play on really nice clay and it was so much fun. Got to try my Nadal slide on the clay (harder than it looks). They have a nice grille by the courts (but we didn't eat there) and the swimming pool area looked beautiful. All in all very pleasantly surprised by this club. Tyler has it going on for sure. Now every time I put on my tennis shoes they have clay dust on them which reminds me of the clay courts and makes me smile :-)

We did live an hour from Tyler for a few years before but wanted closer access to Tyler since we loved it so much. We chose Eagles Bluff as our forever home and are ecstatic to have found it! Also we have found so many transplants here from 'other' states as well who feel the way we do!! It's a lovely quiet neighborhood with friendly residents and staff, but also is an easy drive to Tyler for a good variety of shopping and eating at so many fabulous restaurants!! Plus there's an abundance of great doctors there as well. The golfers seem happy with that; I just enjoy watching them across the pond from our backyard. If you're looking for a nice place to live with interesting nice people & great amenities/activities you should arrange a visit and talk to anyone you meet here to ask whatever you'd like to know, I'm sure they'd be helpful!
