I really didn't know exactly what I was looking for to start but lucky me, they made it so easy. I don't love having to go into stores (because of traffic and I'm a tired girl lol) or having to simply guess and order over the phone as some trophy stores expect. They make it so easy by offering up all their options online, allowing you to order in store, over the phone or online. Score. I was able to browse through all of the options and came across the perfect design. It's been a few years since I've purchased a trophy so I didn't know what to expect as far as pricing but I was so blown away that I walked out with 5 lines of engraving + rush time and didn't spend over $80. I received proofs back within 30min of submitting my order! I made a revision to a line I previously submitted and the revisions were back within minutes. Incredible turnaround time. I was waiting around for an email/call telling me it was done and was so worried it wouldn't be ready in time. When I called (about 7 days after my initial order) hoping and praying that it was ready, I overheard the team member I spoke to (who was a sweetheart) say to another coworker that it had been ready for like 5 days lol. Oops. I don't believe I did, but maybe I missed an kind of "ready for pickup" communication? But who cares, I was more focused on the fact that it had been finished so quickly! :) Pickup was super easy, every employee I spoke to was incredibly helpful and patient as well. They have two pickup locations and I picked up at the Midtown location. Located in a plaza with restaurants and a few other businesses, there's lots of parking and it was a quick process. They were very prompt and detailed in responding to and answering my questions. I spoke with Erica afterwards to go through the details of what I wanted done. I sent a picture of the item and then she sent the styles and fonts they were able to do, and she worked with me until I got the exact design I wanted. She sent me proofs of every change I wanted made, and once I got the designs and fonts I wanted, she sent a final proof with all the names that we were going to put on the mugs. They honestly have a wide selection of designs and colors and as long as you have constant communication, then things should be fine as they call you and also email you. I have made some pretty awesome designs with them from Pikachu pocket shirts to Koifish hoodies for the organizations that I am a part of at Emory University. People who pre-order with me are super happy for the cost and quality. The people here are very nice and they really do whatever they can to make you happy. A lot of times, it's the price that turns me away but for them, you can always talk back and compromise. The graphics designer really tries to make sure to create what you want. There was a design of a koi fish that I submitted, but the image was in low resolution. At first, he made another whole new design, but he saw how sad I was and how I really wanted the original one. He took it upon himself to get back and spend extra time to make it work. At the end of the day it worked and no one asked him to do that. He wanted the challenge and to give me a smile at the end of the day. The process normally takes about 2-3 weeks, but you can always speed up the process to as little as 1 week with extra costs. Superb group. I am super happy for this company and I will continue to come here for anything I need as I create my brand or help a club out during my College years.
