Royal Trophies did a phenomenal job assisting me with designing, producing, and delivering a memorable 25th year anniversary keepsake for the charter members of Atlanta Suburban Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. I initially contacted Mr. Eric Marcus of Royal Trophies on March 4th to request a quote for 21 clear acrylic keepsakes with personalized engraving to be delivered by April 11th. This was my first time working with this business, so I was nervous if they would be able to produce and deliver the keepsakes to my expectations. I explained to Mr. Marcus the importance of this keepsake and he shared with me that he is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., so he understood. Mr. Marcus reassured me that he would be able to get the job done and do a great job. And he did! After receiving the initial quote on March 5th, Mr. Marcus began assisting me with selecting the acrylic keepsake which met my price point and was appropriate for the occasion. Mr. Marcus presented me with a pyramid shaped keepsake which was perfect! Now I had the challenging task of designing and finding the right words to be engraved. Mr. Marcus was patient and encouraging as I went back and forth trying to get the words just right. Once I decided on the words to be engraved and the layout, Mr. Marcus began production. Again, Mr. Marcus reassured me they will be completed by April 11th and up to my expectations. On April 9th I received a call from Mr. Marcus to pick up the completed order. I was so excited and pleased with the quality of work completed by Mr. Marcus and Royal Trophies. He did a great job just as he said he would. I run an adult wiffle ball league and national tournament. I needed trophies for the champions and all tournament teams so I went to Royal Trophies in East Point. I met the owner, Eric and explained what I needed. He is just a wonderful guy and had many different options for me to choose from in my budget. When one of the items we selected was not available in the quantity we needed, Eric found another option...that was better than the first! The work was all done with care and everything came out looking amazing! It really added a value to our event that could not be matched with an off the shelf generic trophy, although Royal Trophies does have plenty of those if you desire.
