Although a simple adjustment is a covered service with my insurance carrier, with a $0 copay, the receptionist and office manager refused to bill for the service and demanded I pay the full charge, $50.00 (This was after I declined to schedule multiple other services.) I paid the $50.00 charge and left. I reached out to my insurance carrier for reimbursement assistance and they advised charging me was a breach of the provider's contract and the carrier attempted to reach out to the provider to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they were met with hostility and defensiveness from the office manager, along with a flat refusal to reimburse for the service. I won't return to this provider, ever.

I have owned and operated a Cash Chiropractic Clinic in a rural region of Central Texas for a very very long time. Our initial visit includes a $70 examination fee and an additional $65 Adjustment fee. This is $135 for New Patient, followed by $65 for each return visit. I feel that my fees are too low and subject to increase soon. That being said, you guys are visiting a highly trained , college graduate, specialist in the field of Chiropractic medicine.
