4.2 Solid beer selection with a perfect niche. It turns out 90% of the time people who love dogs also love beer. And they capitalized on it with a fun dog theme to their brewery... - This place is dog friendly AND cat friendly I have it on good authority that anything but snakes and spiders is generally welcome... I had the puppy breath IPA and it's great it's their hazy ipa with nice fruit notes not too bitter and still a 7%abv not bad... They have ample seating, indoor and outdoor and OK amount of TVs but you'd probably be more focused on your dog when you're here they have a small stage outdoors for performances and it looked like they had a separate indoor venue. I got there late and couldn't exactly explore, but it did have a sign that said event so maybe it's for reservations or Other events. Overall this place is great. Staff is friendly. Beers are tasty. They have two old-school dart boards with the metal tips and boardgames which if you know me is a key component and they're also off the beaten path so there's not as much drunk and madness if you were to come on a weekend. Overall definitely worth a visit

Came here on a Wednesday night for trivia and it was so fun! We sat outside and got food at the food truck. The burritos were good but a little pricey ($16). We didn't know before hand, but it looks like you can bring your own food in actually. I got a cider and it was very good. We will probably be retuning for another night of trivia!

What a fun place to hang out! Great beer and location! We love taking our dogs and easy do walk to. Parking is limited but worth the effort.

From the moment we stepped in this brewery we knew we loved it! All the puppies everywhere and the great names of the beers are so fun. Delicious choices we had a couple maybe four! The bartenders were very helpful. We had lots of questions... Great spot outside on the patio made some new friends chatted with our old friends. It was a great day to say the least. Stop by bring your puppy your cat or your chicken I don't really think it would matter ! See you Soon!

Beer snobs of the world....stop in here!! This place has an amazing beer selection on tap, snacks, and great indoor/outdoor space. Bartenders are beer savvy and friendly, and the place is also dog friendly which we love.

Brewery Review - Name: Pinellas Ale Works (PAW) - Beer: Stay 5.1% Hazy Pale Ale - Aesthetics- Small brewery filled with dogs, dog themed beer names, all about the pups - Service: Quick, busy day, line moved fast - Chairs: Wooden bar stools, not comfortable - Bathroom: Clean nothing fancy Your dog ain't cool if he's not here sniffing butts

Absolutely loved this brewery! Bartender was so friendly, I think Travis? The beer was amazing! I had a maibock, which is hard to find. It was so tasty! Husband had a porter and it was delicious too! We played darts too! Wish we had more time to hang. If it was closer we would be there all the time!

    On tap today.

I'm not new to Pinellas ale works. This is probably one of the most dog friendly brewery/ place in Tampa bay. I mean their acronym is PAW. They've got a large selection of their OWN beer which most breweries lack. Definitely get a flight or two. This time we got the sour raspberry pucker pup and peach Harold's lager. Both delicious if you're into gose's or lagers. The vibe is quite chill I mean why would you bring your pup somewhere it isn't. If you're looking for great beer and cool spot to bring your dog definitely come here. Cool thing if you bring your dog they've got a jar of milk bone snacks on every table.

Stopped in here today and grabbed a couple of brews. The selection was good. The atmosphere was relaxed and casual. The service was good with the bartenders willing to help you make a selection

Came with my husband to enjoy a beer. They have a fantastic dog friendly location with ample seating. The bar tenders were friendly and gave great recommendations. Next time we come we will make sure we bring our two dogs.

Great atmosphere and great beer! Oh and it's dog friendly- triple win! I came here on a Sunday shortly after they opened. We brought our dog with us and sat in their outside patio. Unfortunately, there aren't many shaded parts, so if you bring your pup, just be aware it can get hot! We ordered a few different beers to try. I really enjoyed their Strawberry Lemonade Wheat beer. Very refreshing! They also had a food truck there. May I suggest getting the Mac n Cheese bites? Trust me, you definitely won't be disappointed!! The nachos were also really good too. Overall, great experience. Looking forward to our next visit!

Continues to be a great brewery in St. Pete. Very pet friendly, Pinellas Ale Works = PAW. They now offer a permanent food truck. They have really elevated their beers over the years. I love the IPAs and they have great names such as Laughing Dog Vienna Lager, Puppy Breath, Pomeranian Porter. They have something for everyone.

Truly Unforgettable Culinary Journey at Red Thread…read more Our dinner at Red Thread was nothing short of spectacular -- a five-star experience from the moment we stepped through the door until the final sip of our after-dinner drink. We visited to celebrate a milestone birthday, and the team not only met but exceeded every expectation, weaving subtle, thoughtful surprises into the evening that made us feel truly special. The atmosphere is opulent yet completely approachable -- warm, intimate, and alive with cultural richness. You can feel the intention behind every detail: the plush banquettes adorned with intricately embroidered throw pillows, the soft glow of lantern-style lighting, and the perfectly placed gold-tipped cocktail picks that make even the smallest moment feel curated. It's elegant without pretense, like being welcomed into a beautifully kept secret along the Silk Road. Service was led by Katie and Elijah, who were nothing short of exceptional. Their warmth, precision, and deep knowledge of both the menu and the restaurant's rich aesthetic elevated the entire evening. They guided us with confidence, shared stories behind the dishes, and ensured every need was met before we even voiced it. Now, the food -- where do we begin? Red Thread delivers flavors that are bold, layered, and deeply authentic. We started with the spread and small bites platter, and it was immediately clear we were in for something extraordinary. The tabbouleh was bright and herb-forward, with finely chopped parsley, tomato, and bulgur kissed by lemon -- a perfect balance of freshness and zing. The falafel were golden-crisp on the outside, tender within, and served with a bright mint yogurt. So delish! For our mains: the salmon, seasoned with fragrant za'atar and resting atop creamy spanakorizo (spinach and rice), was cooked to buttery perfection. The addition of crumbled feta and a cooling lemon yogurt sauce brought a bright, tangy contrast that elevated every bite. The pork chop, served with tri-color potatoes and glazed in a rich port beurre rouge with rosemary and a whisper of parmesan, was magnificent -- juicy, deeply savory, and beautifully seared. And the beef short rib? Unbelievably tender, with a warm curry base, sweet-spicy melon kimchi, and saffron rice that perfumed the air. The cardamom chèvre melted into the mix, adding a creamy, floral depth that was nothing short of inspired. Every dish told a story -- of distant lands, ancient trade routes, and a chef who clearly treats spice like sacred heirloom. To know these flavors are crafted with spices imported directly from the regions that inspired them explains the unmatched authenticity in every bite. Red Thread stands alone in St. Petersburg -- not just in flavor, but in feeling. We'll be back -- no question -- to explore their brunch and dive deeper into this beautiful narrative they've created on a plate. To everyone reading: This is the kind of restaurant that deserves to be discovered, celebrated, and filled to capacity every single night. Go. Taste. Feel. Red Thread isn't just dinner -- it's a journey. And it's not to be missed.

Review Title: Negligently broke my 36-year sobriety, then laughed at us on the phone…read more On November 23, 2025, I ordered two plain tonic waters, explicitly asking for NO alcohol. The bartender negligently served us drinks loaded with vodka. Because of his carelessness, I tasted alcohol for the first time in over 36 years of hard-earned sobriety. The bartender apologized and promised the drinks were "on the house."Instead, they charged us $66.04. When we called management to fix it, we were only given a partial refund of $27.82, leaving an unauthorized $38.22 charge.Worse than the theft is the staggering cruelty of management. When Mike called to resolve this in January, the manager/owner on the phone literally laughed at us regarding the situation, alongside a room of his friends who joined in the mockery. To treat a severe, dangerous threat to a person's life and recovery as a joke is deeply unhinged. If you are sober, in recovery, or have a medical condition, stay far away from this venue. They do not care about your safety, and they will mock you for it.
