Came here for Techno Taco Tuesday this week and had an absolute blast. And the MENU prices?! I haven't seen these prices since college, 20 years ago!! Food was good, our bartender was so sweet, and the DJs were TOP Techno! So much space in the dance floor to spread out; also plenty of tables and space to sit down if you wanted to rest whether by the dance floor, refuel at the bar with water, drinks, food. Stopped here on a brewery tour day of St Pete. I was surprised at the size of this brewery! Large parking lot and lots of indoor seating, a separate area for live music, and a huge outdoor space/beer garden as well. Very family friendly! The beer was cold and quite good, and they have a full menu of food available as well. I ordered the buffalo cauliflower, which was a large portion of crispy, spicy cauli with ranch for dipping. A great snack to share! Despite being quite busy, the staff was fast and friendly in pouring beers at the bar. This spot will definitely be in my rotation!! read more

Great brewery in St Petersburg. They have a cool tasting room as well as an attached room for live music and an outdoor area. The beer was excellent. I had the Peach cider which was delicious. Not too sweet as some ciders can be. Great staff that are extremely knowledgeable about the beer. There's a parking lot right next to the brewery as well as street parking. They also serve food which is a huge plus for a brewery in my opinion. I didn't eat on this visit but i definitely will next time, the food looked amazing. read more

WE were there to see Uncle Johns band; my friend is from IL I am a resident of Texas. he had his dog with him. The show was 3 hours long at night with temp at 65 degrees. we were told to leave because of the dog about 20 minutes into the show. The bouncer slashes security scream out inside the bar to my friend ( your a real piece of shit for leaving your dog in the car.) everyone at the bar turned and looked at the bouncer. so once the tab was paid we left, that's when the bouncer out in the parking lot called me a piece of shit. So that is two people he called that too. Since my friend is from IL, he told us to go back to IL. No, I am retired now and think I will not ever step foot into an abusive establishment. This is a nice place to be if the weather is nice. We were meeting family. Both families had kids, so someone suggested Bayboro Brewing, which has a nice, fenced in yard and a (very limited) kid menu. It was a good choice. They have a decent list of beers, and on weekends, they also have frose. I thought the cran-blueberry cider was only okay, but the peach frose was refreshing. My husband said their lager was "fine." We ordered: the chips and dip. three kids meals (dino nuggets and fries are the only option), bratwurst with sauerkraut, Cuban sandwiches, and a smash burger. They also offer free watermelon for kids, and they gave us three slices for the three kids. I thought the food was good but not great, except for the Cuban, which was very good. I will admit that the food and drink prices were very reasonable. They often have live music, but we were here early (kids), so we missed it. There's a private parking lot, but it is mostly unpaved. Staff is friendly and helpful. You order at the bar, and they give you a pager so you know when the food is ready. They do not have trays for drinks, so make sure to bring enough hands for the drinks ordered. read more

A friend's photography event was taking place at Byboro so we decided to use that as a reason to try some of the beers at Bayboro. Here's my take on the experience: Quality of beer: good. They had beers from IPA to stout and even some seltzers and ciders. The Mexican style lager was on point and similar to Modello and the stout was nice and smooth. Décor: cool. They have a nice hangout area inside and a nice open area in the back. The parking lot, however, was a pain to find parking at. It is a dirt lot with no parking lines so people were taking double spots. Cleanliness: good. The tables were being kept clean. Service: good. The folks behind the bar were very friendly and inviting. Price: a little pricey. A pint of beer was $6.50-$7.50 which I guess is becoming a standard now. I miss the $5.50 beers. Are hops, barley, and yeast costing more than before?!? If you're in the mood for some good beer at a place that's away from the madness of downtown Central then Bayboro is a good option. read more

My wife and I went here tonight for the first time. We went to see Jim Lauderdale perform. He was great. We ordered food and beer very easily by scanning a QR code. The food and beer were great. They brought everything to our table fairly quickly. The only thing I would say is that they could use some better napkins. I liked the way the walls were decorated with barrels. read more

Have to leave another rave review for Bayboro! Always a fun time at this brewery. The owner is friendly and remembers who you are. The beers are tasty and there is something for everyone's beer tastes. Frose is available too. In addition to the nice size bar and ample table seating, there is a huge outside area with comfortable seating. If you're hungry, order food from their in-house menu. (The bacon is divine and the menu is well-balanced) There is a huge backroom, including a second bar and stage, that is utilized for all types of fun. Yesterday my kids had their second School of Rock performance here. We were at Bayboro for about 8 hours! The venue is great and such a great confidence builder for kids and teens performing on stage. Great stage! We had a big group of family and friends with us and we all had various food and drinks, everything was good, the service was good, friendly bartenders and servers with good recommendations. The bar area is nice and the outside area is a great place to hang out! Thank you so much for providing this awesome space for our rockers! I visited Bayboro brewing with a group of 20 on a Saturday afternoon. I called a few days ahead of time and let them know that we were coming as a large group to make sure they could accommodate. They seemed welcoming to the large group and asked if we were going to be ordering food which we were not. This place has a great selection of beer and a really nice large outdoor patio area. We choose this as a location for our brewery hopping because the space could accommodate a large group and it was not on the same block as all of the other breweries in DTSP. Really glad we picked this spot and can't wait to return without the entourage. read more

My husband and I visited on Easter Sunday and absolutely loved our visit. We'd heard about the place through the grapevine, but haven't had the time to come until now. It is a great spot for social distancing, as they have a huge outdoor area that's also covered by sun sails. It is located in an unassuming part of South St. Pete. This is an example of a brewery that truly has something for everyone, from lagers, to sours, stouts, IPAs, etc.! During our visit, we tried a variety of beers through a flight. We absolutely loved the Key Lime and PB&J sour beers. We also liked the west coast IPA and their award winning Hefeweizen. The staff were super helpful and friendly throughout our visit. The prices are comparable to other breweries. On top of enjoying beer in the taproom, they also offer bottles and crowlers to go. For me, this brewery is a win because they had Berliner Weisses, Sours and Ciders on their menu... all the types of beer I personally like. Sadly, the Berliners were kicked but they sounded good. They had both sours and ciders on the menu that night though. I overheard the beertenders talking about the size of batches that make of the sours and ciders so sounds like they will have a good rotation going at all times unlike some breweries that it is difficult to try new things. The two beertenders were great, outgoing personalities and attentive to if we wanted anything else. Which we did add on a few to our flight. I didn't ask too many questions but I am assuming the owners must be military because they have a wall for the pay it forward beer to military personnel, which I personal love being from a military family. When we were getting ready to leave, they made sure to tell us to go outside and check out their patio area, which had a band playing and plenty of space for social distancing. They are also Pet Friendly, big bonus as well. We will be back for sure! read more

Located in a redeveloping neighborhood. Driving in you're a little skeptical of what to expect. However, we were pleasantly surprised-this place was amazing! Large, big open indoor environment with a lot of seating options. Outside they have a quaint beer garden space with a bar so you don't have to go inside to be served. Food items were really delicious as well. However, our favorite part was the entertainment area. A lot of local bands, as well as some bigger bands they host. It's the perfect size entertainment space for a small size crowd. Allows for intimate interactions with the band members, and the sound is incredible. This place is wonderful! It has a big inside and a really large outside with a lot of sitting spots. The beers are delicious! I had the PB Porter, so thick and delicious. The flavor was really good. Then I got the coconut coffee porter which was also good but not as good as the peanut butter one. Both delicious. The bartenders were nice and helpful. The guy I was with had two delicious IPAs as well. The most surprising thing is that they had a great band playing too. The music was good and the weather was great too. My husband and I stopped in early on a Thursday night. We opted to sit outside. The outdoor space was shady and comfortable, with lots of different seating options. I had a flight with the IPAs (full bird and two versions of musquito juice/joose) and the Hefeweizen. My husband got the kolsch, the full bird, a coconut stout, and something else. We both liked the full bird a lot. The bartender was super friendly. Went Friday night for the Ordinary Boys concert. Place was jumping! Great food and drink selection (Beer, Liquor and some N/A drinks) All the staff was attentive. The door guy (he has tattoos) was one of the friendliest, funniest guys. My uncle's birthday was that night and he bought him a beer and we all chanted "UNCLE NICK!!" He helped us figure out food orders too. It was super busy but they had a couple people running drinks and food to us in the concert hall. Small expensive pours. Went last Sunday and ordered a Strawberry Cider and glass of pinot. Cider came in a small glass, maybe 2/3rds of what 3 daughters pour. It's tasted ok. The wine came in the same small glass and the bartender initially poured one third full, maybe 3 ounces max, she then looked at it for a second and literally added a few drops, the looked at it again for a second and literally added a few drops. Honestly never seen anything like it and at this point not even at the half point of the tiny glass. Was hoping at least it tasted good, but nope, worse than Trader Joe's two buck chuck. One small glass of cider and less then a half of a small glass of cheap wine...the total bill $15. Seriously? 3 daughters pours twice that of both for $5 each and that is with a quality wine and a larger cider pour. Look, I seriously don't price shop drinks, but if your going to be an out of the way place for what I am assuming will be for mostly locals, pour some decent drinks. This isn't on Beach Drive ...and they actually have better pours and prices. read more
