No drinking fountain for now so make sure you bring your own water and towel! It's affordable, clean, inspiring quotes and photos on the wall. And offers natural light so you don't feel trapped in a dungeon. I highly recommend this spot if you are looking to focus on your workout, get in and out with no issues. This gym was good until they started charging my card twice for personal training. My card was…read morecharged twice by the gym in one week, and when I said something team member, Jordan, said that he had issued me a refund. A week later I still had not received my refund and ask to speak to the GM and he ensured me he would bypass my next charge and speak to corporate to get the issue resolved. Days go by and it's time for my next personal training bill to come out which should have been bypassed as a product of them double charging me but instead they still tried to charge me double yet again. Very disappointing because I liked the gym but when a company is being inconsiderate of my money i can no longer trust them to have access to my funds. Imagine having to pay bills but you come up short because your gym is charging you twice. Very frustrating experience so Just to those in the future who plan on spending their money with this gym. Also after cancelling my membership the "GM" told me that there is no actual corporate and that he only has his bosses personal number when I asked for the number to complain to corporate. I did not check out the locker room as I wanted my hour workout and get out so I can run errands. I'm only giving one less star because there was only one water fountain (that I found, if there's more i'm sorry) on the gym floor. There is plenty, plenty, plenty of parking!

A basketball court. Classes. Trainers. We came (Jan 2026) for the three lane pool, capacity officially 40. I'd say more like 18, if everyone is being cooperative while sharing lanes. We came midday on a weekday, and four of us had a lane to ourselves, while four or six other people shared the other two lanes. It worked out nicely. The steam sauna was just great after a swim! We tried several times over a week for the hot tub, but they kept saying the heater would be repaired "later that day". We gave up and went to another facility. That's the only thing we didnt like, but it's really part of what we came for.

The location is in a retail strip and has frontage to ulmerton road which makes it super visible. The studio is a lot larger than most of the ones I've been to in Virginia and really nice. They renovated during the Covid shutdown and it shows. The staff are all extremely friendly and they are doing a great job with protocols. The owners Malia and Kurt are awesome and go above and beyond to make all visitors feel welcome. The coaches are all top notch and the classes are some of my favorite I've taken at OTF. Highly recommend the largo OTF location and I look forward to visiting them whenever I am in town to see my parents!

It wouldn't have been an issue except the trainers are independent contractors, which I was good with and ready to spend more money, but they wanted to increase fees for the availability of those services and were not willing to work with me even though I was a brand new member and their policies conveniently changed over the weekend when I did a trial and came in for membership. Even spoke with the owner in an attempt to find a solution and could not get any restitution. Taking my business elsewhere and accepting the loss out of principle. There are gyms with more programs and ammenities with lower prices monthly. There annual maintenance fee is higher than other local gyms. Do not go here.

Joining F45 was the best thing I've ever done. Believe me, I was scared to death and asked Justin,…read morethe membership manager, a million questions and even went to see the gym before I joined. I went in with the mentality that I would just go ask questions and maybe join later on. He made me confident that even though I was incredibly out of shape that I could do the workouts. I walked out a foundation member and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. I started off a few weeks ago, scared that I wouldn't make it through the workout. I did Hollywood which is the Saturday workout first. It is a 60 minute intense workout. Yes, I was sore, but I was so proud of myself making it through the workout that I didn't care. As I kept going, the pain or soreness that I experienced from working out has subsided and I can feel myself getting stronger. I used to just go to the gym and do a quick workout and leave. I tried to follow workout plans and would just get bored or give up. With the help of the trainers, I'm going things I would have never expected that I could do. The gym is small, it's meant for a class at a time and is set up depending on the workout. You'd be surprised how much can be packed into the gym in a class. Each workout is different and geared towards a theme. I suggest just going to a class before you judge it based on the name of it. A great example of this would be Foxtrot. It is military based and that worried me that I couldn't complete it. In fact, originally that was the only class I didn't book. As I said, I was out of shape and didn't think I would make it through but I did. There are modifications for various exercises and levels of training. You also can use a Lionheart heart rate monitor that connects to the screens in the back of the classes and tells you the percentage of your maximum heart rate you are using. You get a report at the end of the class that shows your points during the class that you achieved based on your heart rate and calories burned. It also shows a trend line for your workout. This is so helpful and makes me push a little harder when I know I have dropped my heart rate some. The staff is great. Nathan and his wife are super sweet and really seem to care about you as an individual. Justin is encouraging and always there to give you a high five. Chase and Kaitlyn have helped me to bring my fitness level to a level that I now feel more confident doing the exercises. I wouldn't push myself without them. Hannah is also very nice. I haven't been to her class yet but she was present in one of the Hollywood sessions I attended and was helpful. The members are encouraging and it already feels like family. My suggestion, give it a shot. You might just surprise yourself like I did!
