I called them…read morelast minute as my daughter was informed that the new apartment she was moving into at college was not going to be available until the day AFTER she had to move out of her old one. Our only option was to move all her stuff into a storage unit and then move it again the next morning. We had help the first day, but no friends/family to help us the second (Thursday and Friday). I called a couple movers and Meadow's was the only one willing to work with us on this. It was such a relief to have a plan and they even talked me down on what I thought I was going to need - great customer service. The day of the move we were told that the apartment was indeed going to be ready so we no longer needed to go through the mess of moving things around and no longer needed the extra help, so we had to cancel. I'm sure they would have done a great job based on their excellent customer service!!
