Top Notch is a family-owned tree service with over 16+years of experience. Our goal is to provide exceptional tree service to all residential and commercial clients looking to maintain or improve the natural surroundings of their homes and businesses.
At Top Notch, we specialize in tight-quarter tree work near homes, and within established landscaping. We strive to complete our work with as little inconvenience to our clients as possible. We maintain trees to help prevent storm damage; we remove trees when they are compromised by poor health, damaged in storms, have become a threat to existing structures, or have outgrown their location.
We are licensed and insured in the state of Georgia, and we provide the highest quality workmanship available to the lake country area. We utilize state-of-the-art tools and techniques that yield the best possible results while adhering to the strictest safety standards.

History
Established in 2013.
I come from a long line of timber fellers and climbers. From my great grandpa wielding a cross cut saw on the old growth monsters of Mt Rainier, WA in the 1920’s. To My father climbing to the top of the massive confirs to remove widow makers for the loggers below back in the 70’s. I suppose you could say it runs through my veins. When I first strapped on a pair of climbing spikes as a kid I knew this could be an amazing career. We moved out here to Georgia and established in 2016. Since we came here I’ve learned so much about the species and new ecosystem in this region of the country. Became credential as an ISA certified arborist in Nov 18’ . I love to learn everything I can about my passions, which has me constantly learning the newest practices, safety standards, and analysis techniques. Call me nerd if you will, but I’ve got so much more to learn, always someone out there who knows more.

ISA certified arborist. Tree climber, feller, limber, bucker , dragger, machine operator.... Suppose I could go on all day, just of it is, I am the man who does it all. The certification doesn’t do much good if you never pick up a saw.
