I went there and after waiting around for a while it turned out my name was not entered in the system to let them know I was there. I was kept waiting for 45 minutes for pupil dilation and my appointment took at least one hour 15 minutes. I hope they improve the front desk and scheduling.

If you call, you'll get a disinterested monotone on the other end of the line, with no comprehension or desire to resolve your issue. Again, ask for Rosa, and this problem solves itself.
