If i could give it zero stars i would. Super rude staff and all of their clothing is wayyyy overpriced. As someone who has worked in boutique retail before, my store carried the same things for half the price. Ridiculous. My friend went to return a gift she got for christmas and they wouldn't allow her because it was past 6 days after it was bought when the receipt clearly said 14 days at the bottom. Pay attention to the return policy! It's 14 days. Not only will they not let you return, they won't even give you store credit. So rather than keeping customers, they would rather you walk out with something you don't want. The staff is super helpful... until you have a problem. Then they just stare at you offering no other options. Never walking back in the store again. read more

Awesome little clothing store that was in Southpark mall a while ago. Lovely selection of jewelry and accessories but the dresses are to die for. Definitely stop by here for inexpensive Christmas presents for the girls you know! The return policy is pretty strict - no tags and receipt, no return. So keep those tags! Last year, I just cut off the price part of my tags so that friends could return them with the gift receipts I got. The staff is helpful, and are constantly asking if I need help everytime I see a new working face. They also make really nice suggestions if you need an outfit! They know the store better than anyone else so if you're unsure, I'd ask the professionals. The clothes they sell are reasonable with the amount you pay. It's not Burberry where everything costs as much as your house mortgage but also not Forever 21 where you could buy a dress for the amount you'd pay for a nice lunch. Prices and quality are easily comparable to other boutiques made for young contemporaries, 30-50$ a dress. Clothes from Pink & Blue make up my entire closet right now! Love love love it. read more

This service at this store is terrible! Beware! I bought two shirts during a sale they were advertising. Decided, not even 2 days later, that i didn't like the way the shirts fit. I went to return them, with the tags still on them, and was told no exchanges. The receipt says returns are able to be made within 14 days. The girl at the register was only able to give store credit. I wanted a full return. The manager came out, identified herself as the store owner, and was absolutely the most vile woman. She was so cheap and intent on NOT giving back money that she was willing to argue with me and lose a customer. The store has cute little items inside, but don't let the display window fool you. What you get when you go inside are cheaply made items and terrible service. Never again! I want to add that the owners name is Angela - a rude, not customer driven woman who should NOT be the owner or manager of any establishment that caters to human beings. read more

The owner is sooo rude she kicked me out for no reason as I headed to the register to check out and she said she never wanted to see me in the store again. This is discrimination, and as a customer I was completely appalled that a company could treat someone this way. She has also repeatedly told her staff to not speak Spanish to Mexicans when they come into the store. This business should be shut down. read more

This place has a nice selection of clothes for a boutique. Most items are made of rayon and of poor quality for the prices. The return policy is terrible though. Owner should consider revising the bogo 50%, to being exchangeable. read more

This boutique has been the absolute worst. The girl behind the counter was just out right rude. My family got me a few things from there for Christmas and I went to exchange/return it because they informed them on the day of purchase that for any returns we would have longer because it was a gift... well they lied. Apparently the girl behind the counter is under the impression it is only a six day return when the receipt says it's a 14 day return policy. I will never be back to this boutique and will tell anyone who is thinking about going by there to check out the store that it is awful. YOU DO NOT TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY ARE STUPID! You should also abide by what you tell your customers as a return policy. read more

The store manager, Angela, leaves employees alone who are unable to help you without her approval on anything other than buying from her store. I bought 3 dresses for engagement pictures from Pink and Blue two days ago and opted out of the discount promotion they offered so I could return two of the dresses that wouldn't be used, which I was told was okay by the girl cashing me out at the time. I took one of the two tags off one of the dresses I thought I was going to wear, still leaving a tag on it. I ended up wearing a different dress, which I did not try to return, and couldn't find the tag for the dress I didn't wear (almost positive my fiancé accidentally threw it out while cleaning). When I just went to return the two dresses and explained the situation the girl at the cash register explained there was nothing she could do because a manager was not there. I asked if she could call her manager, Angela, and she did. Angela told her there was nothing that could be done since one tag was missing. I asked if I could exchange it for something else instead so I wouldn't waste my money completely and she said no. Management is completely unaccommodating and quite frankly doesn't care. It also seems that management consists of one person, who is also the manager and rarely at the stores according to the girl at the register tonight. You would think for a smaller boutique type store, they would try to keep customers coming back and the owner would be at the stores more often. I surely won't shop there again and hope anyone who reads this stays away as well. read more

Upon first look this store is super adorable. They have cute gifts, bath bombs etc. The clothes are cute, but anyone who's ever worked in retail can easily tell most brands are cheap Chinese/Japanese brands that, honestly, would still be worth buying if they were so outrageously priced. All that aside this store still has some great wins now and again that are just truly not worth going in because of how much you are stalked by the associates. I'm fine with being greeted, asked if I need help, etc. but just as soon as one walks away another pops up and tries to "hold something at the register" that you literally just picked up. Not trying to be ugly by any means but I've refrained reviewing 3 times now and after my last visit I've decided I'm just avoiding at all costs. Save yourself the time and shop at one of those online apps. Same quality, cheaper, and you won't feel like you're running out by the time you leave. read more
