Very disappointed in my experience here. I've been wanting to check out this boutique for some time now and finally got the chance. I went in a few weeks back to do some Christmas shopping. I walked in and there was already another customer in there who was at the counter talking to an employee. I started to browse and noticed I was not greeted at all by anyone. I let that go because maybe they were truly busy with something. Kept browsing around until said customer and employee were wrapping up their conversation and walking towards the door. Customer leaves and I assumed that was when the employee would greet me or apologize or something! No, she walked right by me, went back to the counter to start gossiping to an employee about the customer she was just helping! My jaw dropped and I got out of there immediately. I was truly ready to splurge there but that left the worst taste in my mouth. I'm not sure if I didn't fit their standards or what but it was by far the worst customer service I've experienced from a small business. I noticed another comment said pretty much the same thing I went through which says something. Do better Pink Chandelier because you had so many cute things there but with that experience and that kind of mindset, I wouldn't recommend y'all to anyone. read more

I walked in at about the same time as another woman. I quickly noticed that she was warmly greeted and I was not. She was offered to be helped, while I was ignored even though there were 3 available staff members. I was there for a total of 10 mins and decided to leave. I can draw up my own conclusions as to why I was treated differently, but I will just say this, treat all your patrons the same if you want to be successful. I will take my business back to Mecca Fox Boutique where I have always been treated with kindness. read more

Great little specialty boutique for women and girls. It's tucked away off the street and directly across from Fuzzys tacos. I found soooo many cute things here! Not just clothing but accessories- like great luggage tags and jewelry. The sales lady was very helpful- they had a rack of winter clothing that was 40% off and you could combine that with a additional 25% off. Awesome! They update the website consistently with all the new items they get in. Love it. read more

Made my first trip yesterday, well second actually, first time I tried on a Sunday they were closed. Went looking for some cute t-shirts and Meccafox earrings! Found the earrings right off, wish I hadn't (haha!). So many beautiful ones to pick from. Wanted to know if they had any of the tear drop dangles, asked the sales girl, didn't at the time but she said they would be making an order soon and she would tell the owner that there was a request. Really appreciated that. Had a nice sales rack, wished there were a few items I was sure I could have fit into. The tees I was in search of they had, but they were hand wash only, I am so not a hand wash girl, they were adorbs!! Cute Halloween tees! Checked out, asked if I followed them on FB or IG, I do, then entered my e-mail at check out and was so happy when I checked my email on my next visit I will have a $5.00 off coupon! My sales lady mentioned again at checkout that she would mention about the earrings I asked about to the owner again. Really nice touch. They were donating a portion of sales to the fight against breast cancer yesterday. That was a really extra special touch. Thanks ladies. Kudos. Well done. Cannot wait to go back. I was so excited to be a life time customer of this boutique, but sadly I will not be returning. I purchased a dress for an event and tried it on in their dressing room that had horrible lighting. I was iffy on the dress, but decided to try it once I asked if I could return them and was told 'yes.' I confirmed at check out that I could return them and again was told again 'yes, but only for store credit' and it was left at that, but I knew I would shop there again so I was fine with exchanging. I just tried to return my dress that I never wore and still had the tags on 31 days later, and was told that exchanges are only within 14 days. WTH, 14 days?! It would have been nice if the sales lady would have told me that on the two occasions that I asked if I could return the dress. Will not shop there again because obviously the bottom line of making money is more important then satisfied customers and returning customers. read more

They look like they have really cute stuff I have them liked on my facebook and they run "auctions" for clothing, highest bidder gets the chance to buy whatever it is they're auctioning. I never bid on these things but the one time I did I really loved the shirt and I won the bid. There were more people interested in the same item. I paid my invoice right away and I never got my item because they said they "lost it" and refunded me my money. read more
