I came to Frank Jones to get 2 hooded sweatshirts embroidered for my daughter for school. I was…read morequoted $8.50 per shirt and it would take about a week. I was called the next day, the shirts were ready to be picked up. The cost was indeed $8.50 per shirt. I was very pleased with speed and accuracy of the order. The price was slightly higher then another authorized shop but it was closer to my home and so it was more convenient. My reason for only 4 stars is this. I was in the store at 3 different occasions. The first was a Saturday afternoon and it was only a gentleman working. He answered my questions while sitting at his desk, but was very short with replies. On Monday morning I returned to the shop with the shirts which I wanted embroidered and this time there was also a woman there. Again the man stayed at the desk and directed the woman to "take care of that". She took the order while barely even acknowledging me. Today I returned to the shop to pick up the shirts. Again the man sat at the desk barely acknowledged me and told the same woman to "get that". Now I know that there could be a physical problem that prevented the man to stand. However there is no reason either of them couldnt have been more friendly! They are a business. A simple smile or hello would have made all of the difference.

I received socks for Christmas and exchanged them for a pair of large Pilaties socks. I opened…read morethem and they were too big. I repackaged as neat as possible and went to the store with the receipt to exchange for a medium. They had never been worn. They were clean... didn't smell or anything weird. The package was retapped on the seam with a nice clear tape. Many stores would do this exchange or return for credit. The sales woman said NO in a tone that implied I was beneath her for even asking. No because they had been opened...how would I try them on if they had not been carefully opened!? In shock I restated "NO"!? But I just tried them on reassuring her that I had not worn them. She said even though you retapped them they have been open so NO. It really felt as if she enjoyed the power. More than that if this was store policy it could be delivered much kinder. Rude and condescending is how I would describe her. I am still surprised by it. I planned on buying a pair of leggings that day and left. I am in shock that a company so large and over priced won't do a simple exchange on a pair of socks! What if I had bought the wrong size pants? Perhaps they have some quality items. Frankly the socks are terrible, Tavi are far superior and their customer service is worse.

This outlet located in the king of Prussia mall has a very interesting interior for such an…read moreexpensive store. The store looks so dull but with full of customers. The collection and display on the Ladies section is not that well arranged. There is lot of staff to assist, and they do a great job. The cashier folks are very friendly too. The cloth/fabric quality is really great. The men section has great collection and love it.
