I have bought from this shop several times. The mom & daughter are friendly, very accomodating, always attentive to help their customers find what they are searching for. I like the store because it do have some great things with great prices to some of the things but…read morewhat I dislike about the stories faith resale and donation you hear that name donation center so everything they they get it for free and they resell it so that's why some of the prices are ridiculous but the all of this is when you they give you 24 hours to pick it up and we all know that sometimes things happen that's life but if you don't have it picked up within 24 hours no matter how much money you just spent on that free item that was given to them it for your money it for your money which I feel like they should let you pay a deposit and then when you come back and get it. You pay the rest that way you're not on a lot of money, but that's not how it work. You have to pay for the whole thing and if you don't go back and get it the next that's what I believe the rules need to change on at least give a person 72 hours at least because it's like things happen life changes so at least give a person 72 hours. You know be thankful that you guys are for free and able to resell it to us so if you're getting it for free and then you sell it to me and somehow happen I can't get it then I my money and then the next person try to get it and then with on their money so it's a free item that you haven't been paid for two times and still able to make money from the third person off of it. That's what I dislike about that that donation center, and I feel like changes needs to be made me personally if I can it I'm be the one who get that changed. I'm gonna push and push and push and can get it I'm gonna go and speak to the everyone about this today because I think it's a little ridiculous and that's just my opinion other than that it could actually be a pretty good

The pick up process was hassle free and painless. I called the center to schedule a pick up. The woman on the phone was very friendly and to the point. I had to schedule the pick up for about a week after the day I called because they were very busy (keep that in mind). The men that came to pick up my furniture were very friendly and professional. They called about 30 minutes before they came to verify my location. Upon arrival, they were quick to load up their truck and were back on the road in 10 minutes. My friend recommended this donation center since she also donated some furniture to them and used their pick up process. She also had a hassle free experience and we highly appreciate that they are willing to come pick up. We would not have a way to give them the furniture otherwise.
